Never ordering from this place ever again. My wife and I ordered DoorDash from this place and when we got it, it was the most unprofessional, ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. Half the order was missing, major ingredients weren’t there. I ordered two drinks, only received one and it was half full with the top all ripped up. Ordered two orders of fries, got none. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich with pickles and even the pickles weren’t there. The whole thing looked like it was thrown together by a blindfolded toddler. This is absolutely unacceptable.

2025: Met a friend here to try it out for lunch. I got the boneless wings and forgot to ask for the original sauce on the side so the outside was soggy. I also found the French fries not well seasoned. The carrots were unexpectedly large and great with the ranch dip. The original hot sauce was ok, but I will try a hotter variety next time. Overall a good place to go for wings.

I will never order from this particular Wingstop again. Too many babies working in there with no supervision. The order was completely wrong the fries were stuck together, and under cooked. When I called to complain the baby, hung up the phone. So whoever owns this particular Wingstop store. You really need monitor you staff and have an experienced adult on team who can teach this baby's how to treat your paying customers.

I got here at 10:30. It is now 11:20 and I still haven’t gotten my wings. I’m here with my friends in a group of 5. They all got their food before me and now I’m still waiting. It is now 11:23 and I have to eat in the car because, unlike the people who work at this establishment, are in a hurry. I’m hungry and pissed off. The decorations here aren’t even good and they were playing metal. Like HEAVY metal. Totally un relaxing. Ok now it’s 11:26. Still no wings. Not even FRIES. Three cups of lemonade. Down the gullet. Now I’m going to drink a cup of water because it’s healthier. Also when we sat down a worker opened the door and started throwing boxes inside. Ok now it’s 11:31 and I jjust got my food. I can’t even eat it in there. We have to go so now I’m going home without wings in my stomach.

Ordered online at noon for a 4 pm pickup, knowing it would be busy with the games on. Was looking forward to trying this place because I'm a big wing guy. At 4:10 my wife stopped in to pick up our order and was told they were running 45 mins behind! Seriously? We ordered 4 hrs in advance, this is absolutely unacceptable...told them to cancel the order and got them in 15 mins from our local pizza place. Never again.

Not sure why Wingstop offers pickup time online. Waited 30 mins after my online selected time.
• Poor ordering system IMO. To start, the order received time was hours after I submitted the order online.
• The pickup window attendant was trying to be nice and kept telling me “Another 10 mins” multiple times….. After the 3rd time, I asked to cancel my order. I asked for a cancelation receipt but was told that system couldn’t provide….What?
o The store manager was called up but instead of explaining why, she started to show off by attempting to make eye contact with other waiting customers. She spoke out and started to accentuate that I was trying to prioritize my order in front of other waiting customers who all came in after me. I could see that she didn’t want to be there and that I was interrupting her from another task in the back of the store. She started trying to deflect from the system’s inability to provide proof of order cancelation. It would have been more tranquil if she had attempted to make direct eye contact and spoke directly to me…..All this from a customer asking for proof of order cancelation. Maybe this manager had not been trained in customer service yet. I feel bad for the workers working there.
• Is there a company policy that requires document proof when returning or canceling an order? Isn’t cancellation receipt generally required by most well run businesses to process a refund?
• The root cause is the ordering system’s inability to provide true and deliverable pick-up time. Is Wingstop trying to create business even if it can’t deliver? Is this transparency or lack of?

sick of this place. wanted half an hour for 25 wings and only got 15. the food was very good but horrible service. every time i come here it sucks.

I ordered 20 wings, 10 lemon pepper and 10 plain. Waited 32 minutes and got my order, sat down only 15 wings were there and they were ALL plain. Went to tell them they said give them 10 back and they will make them lemon pepper, I said you shorted me 5 wings and I don't want to wait 30 mins for them. They said they can give a partial refund but it will take 7 to 10 days. 8 people on staff and can not handle the orders.
