I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop late at night around 11 PM. I went with my boyfriend, and the employee who attended us was extremely rude and unprofessional. My boyfriend stood at the counter for about 7–8 minutes waiting to place his order, even though the restaurant was completely empty. The employee ignored him until I got up from my seat and went over to check if everything was okay. When the employee finally started taking the order, he spoke very quietly, showed no interest in helping us, and had a very bad attitude. He slammed our drink cups down on the counter and did not give us a receipt. The worst part was when our food was ready: he grabbed the bag and threw it toward us without saying anything, then turned around and walked away. On top of that, the food bag was soaked in grease, and we were not given any napkins.The employee who attended us was slim, dark-skinned, and fairly tall. This level of customer service was unacceptable. Employees should treat customers with basic respect, regardless of the time of night.

The ladies in the front catch attitudes when they’re in the wrong! If I order take out I expect everything to be there! Then I have to prove to them I ordered cups, when they should be able to see that from their end, especially when it’s something that they forgot to give !
When I first arrived to the store, I already knew my order was done because I did an online order. When I went to go grab my bag from the counter because I didn’t need help. It was already paid for the rude man at the front stopped me and said ma’am, get back ma’am get back. Then I proceeded to wait 15 more minutes while my food sat there and got cold because he couldn’t help me while there was no one there. I wish I got his name so that I can warn you guys when he is upfront.

Tonight I picked up an order for $30 I shown up on time turns out my food was cold the fries were cold and soggy and the cheese dip was literally like a few tea spoon scoops. I am Vary disappointed with my order Tonight I would expect to have a good meal for $30. the old management was good a few years ago but under the new management this place is going downhill unfortunately. Another thing to mention the last few times I ate here my order would be messed up for example if i ask for Bone in Wings thay give me boneless than on my birthday I ordered boneless wings thay give me Bone in Wings. Overall I would recommend eating somewhere else.

Restaurant was extremely slow. My party and I went in Saturday. My brother ordered 2 minutes after my child and I. My brother waited about 20 minutes minimum for an order of 20 wings. Order after order kept being made and handed out with no acknowledgement to where my brother’s order was. He demanded a refund and the cook snickered at him because he was upset with their incompetence. The teen girl on the register was juggling taking a live phone call while taking our order. I don’t recommend eating here.
Refused to make my order because I ordered too late. I ordered at 10:05 pm and their website has this location listed as open until 1am.

We came in with two people named Michael, I ordered before him and gave my order name as Michael while he gave his order name as Mike. I never got my order until I asked them where it was and they didn't even have the slip for the order. There were maybe 5 people in the store including us 4, genuinely an unbelievable mistake that I didn't know was possible.

Tried out the Mexican spice blend on a chicken sandwich and it was so juicy, delicious, and hit the spot! Definitely a great chicken sandwich and the hand-cut fries are some of my favorites. (I'd recommend to get them well-done) The sandwich itself was a bit messy so maybe stock up on the wet wipes; but the flavor was wonderful!
