My entire family stopped here on our way to a basketball game. Service and food were standard, but the dining room area was absolutely freezing. Thermostat showed the temperature as being 59. We asked the staff if the temperature could be turned up, and they never adjusted it. Needless to say we ate as quickly as possible and got back in our cars to dethaw! Nose and fingers were so cold. We won’t be stopping in the DQ to eat again unless it is 100 out!

Started to place order at drive-thru the person starting the order did not know what he was doing so I requested a person that knows what they're doing the lady took our order and we pulled up paid for our order sat there for 20 minutes to 30 minutes at the window waiting for our food order to be made and when we got the order it was not correct my sandwich had a hair on it my fries were cold my kids chicken strip meals fries were cold and they did not give enough ranch dressing for the chicken strips and we paid for extra strawberries for the Sundaes.

Waited in the drive thru for 19 minutes. Ordered a burger and pretzels. Of course the pretzels were hard as rock when I finally got them. When you have 30 minutes for lunch and 19 of them are spent in the drive thru line, that does make a happy customer. I asked the guy at the window if he was the only one working. His reply was "basically".

I ordered a large Blizzard wit whipped cream.When it came out there was less than a teaspoon of whipped cream.I asked the girl at the window if I could have the topping that I already paid for?She said I would have to pay for extra topping.I told her I already paid for it. The 2 star rating is for the 3 young employees working on Saturday evening. They were doing their best but could not even begin to keep up with the volume of traffic both inside and at the drive thru. It's a shame the owner and / or manager were not there helping and left only 3 employees to weather the storm of one of the busiest nights of the week for restaurants. If proper coverage cannot be scheduled or obtained, the restaurant should consider limiting their hours. These 3 employees were rock stars. The inside customers were very understanding, but you don't always experience this.

Was at the drive through this evening watch a girl in there by the name Alex throw away some sort of flurry with chocolate ice ream into the garbage with other garbage in that can because it was supposed to be vanilla she noticed that when she through flurry the chocolate ice cream fell off then proceeded to pull the flurry back out of the garbage put vanilla ice-cream back on it and hand it to the lady at the counter
