The employees were very friendly, the coffee was very good but the 2 dozen of donuts I got tasted like they were a day old, the rest of the employees at my work agreed that they tasted this way as well I don’t recommend the donuts but the atmosphere of their employees was enjoyable and the coffee tasted great.

Stopped here on a road trip from MA (where we literally have a Dunkin on almost ever corner ?) to Pittsburgh.

Mid-rate experience. Service was okay, not great but not awful. The woman who took our order did not smile or greet us. We ordered an iced coffee, iced tea, and one donut. The donut and iced tea came out immediately but several other orders were made before my coffee. The woman who brought my coffee to the pick up area was friendly and told us to...

While helpful describing what exactly their frozen drink menu consisted of, service promptly fell off after I'd made my decision and had to wait quite some time to actually place my order while staff counted the till and did their end-of-shift cleaning. I actually felt ignored, standing at the counter waiting, until the gas station clerk that's unaffiliated with Dunkin's, noticed and directed the staff to me.
