I'm not the biggest fan of the service but it's not bad. So 4 stars there. But the food? 5 stars. If you're in the area and you want delicious pizza, this is the place. My favorite is their white/cheese (no red sauce) pizza. I often get those cuts and they are delicious.
The drink station gets 3 stars instead. It's not bad, it's not great. It's just...eh, not on par with the delicious meals. I don't want it to sound like I'm ragging, even though it sounds like I am. What I'm saying is that the food is so top tier, that any deficiency anywhere else seems tremendous.
The food is top notch. I haven't had a single bad thing here. I always stop if I'm in town for lunch.

Pricing is comparable to going to a finer establishment. The food is ok, but not the quality one would expect for the money being charged. They were also out of things we wanted to order and that should never happen at any restaurant.

I was in on 10/29/24 for dinner a employee had there kids and husband there the kid was hanging and slapping the seat running around acting up Noone did anything abiut it I had to move my seat because of this. I called today. 10/31/24 to speak to a manager said manager was arrogant had no regard for any of what I told him acted as if I was wrong and spoke to me in a manner of disrespect. I'll never return no wonder a few weeks back another employee from here almost got beat up by a customer for the way they talk to the man's wife. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE! AROAGNT PRICKS!!!

I messed up ordering online and placed it at the Cambria location. The person at the counter was so helpful that she called the other location and had it refunded for me. The salad came out in minutes with perfectly cooked French fries. I live in Pittsburgh and get Italian village all the time. This was by far the best food I’ve had at any location and the best customer service.

Great little lunch joint. Quick and friendly service, Typically seems pretty clean. Large pizza slice and a drink only runs $5. Pizza-by-the-slice seems to rotate flavors regularly and its darn good pizza. Bbq chicken pizza is awesome, cheeseburger pizza has a surprisingly unique flavor. Garlic knots and pepperoni rolls are decent too.

The food is good BUT DON’T ORDER DELIVERY. I placed an order for delivery and 25 minutes after placing the order they called to tell me they couldn’t deliver it and asked if I wanted to come pick it up. If I could come pick it up I wouldn’t have ordered delivery considering my car is on jackstands in the driveway and it isn’t going anywhere. Unbelievable that they would let me place the order AND wait 25 minutes to call me to tell me that they couldn’t deliver it. Get it together IVP.
