Normally a great place to eat I called 3 times and they were busy 2 of the 3 on the 3rd call they put me on hold no problem sat there for about 5 mins and then they hung up on me this is the second time they have hung up on me 2 times I’ve ordered from here

I couldn't get a cup of hot tea. Waitress drinks coffee so that is what they serveDietary restrictions: Nothing listed on the menuWheelchair accessibility: There was no handicap entry
Pizza tasted off, but that has been usual. Their meals have went downhill. I believe the olives on our pizza were bad, as I was up sick half the night after eating there. On a good note, our waitress Lauren did an excellent job, althou she was busy, she took time to be sure we had whatever we needed. I can't say enough good of the young lady As for the food............BEWARE

My husband stood in line for 15 mins waiting for someone to take his order. The guy did NOTHING but stare at him. That is NOT good customer service! He ended up leaving and didn't get to order his food!

So this is interesting. They close at 8 pm. We got there at 7:40 pm. Sat in a booth, waited for 10 minutes while watching about 5 employees go about their business. Wondering if anyone was going to welcome us or tell us how to order. We weren't acknowledged at all. OK not a big deal. We went up to the counter to order and where turned away. Not cool. I would have understood if they said we close at 8 we can we make you something to go. That would have worked.As a small business owner I would never just tell a customer I can't take care of you because I close in 10 minutes. I travel through Ebenburgh very often and will not stop at Italian Village ever. It's the principal.
