I used to love KFC. I ordered pickup. The portion size that you give now, is disgraceful! And now you mix the potatoes with the gravy! What used to be the larger black bowls, is now the little clear plastic cups! I ordered two bucket specials for a family of 4 and (besides the chicken)didn't have enough to feed them! I'll never order there again with these small portions! Very disappointed!

Food was good, typical, we don’t eat it very often so it was a nice change. The service was good, we ordered to go. But the staff were talking about leaving early, seemed bothered by having to do work in general, but did so politely…Parking: Lots of parking all around theBuilding, the building is brand new.Kid-friendliness: The food and atmosphere is kid friendly. This is not a poshy establishment, your kids will be fine here even if they happen to be a bit rambunctious! Typical menu. Unfortunately there seems to be a staffing and maintenance problem. Drive up ordering has been broken for weeks. Often no one at window. Prep seems to start late so some items not ready till after lunch.

This store is a disaster, the front door was locked at lunch time. The food I ordered inside at the counter. I ordered chicken strips,a order of Cole slaw and French fries. Easy enough right ! When I got out to my vehicle, The French fries were missing....I call the store , the lady was very ignorant, well she said everyone makes mistakes, she said I was a mistake. I paid for that and I didn't get them. How hard is it to read an order? All these fast food places are happy to make mistakes......when are they happy to get it right? Wonder how many millions of dollars they get from "mistakes" I'm done with KFC..they give you raw chicken,wrong orders...and who knows what else bacteria they give you.....very disturbing, no management and they are happy to steal your money. Don't stop at KFC anymore!!!!!!!!

We went here thinking it was open...the doors were locked. According to the hours posted on the door they should have been open. Very disappointed.
