Took over 20 mins to get our food. Disappointing because I had to ask if they forgot us because multiple other people came in and left whole we waited. When I asked - the employee said 'yeah we're backed up' with a bit of attitude. And then they sat the food down without calling out a number instead of bringing it to the table - which we had the tent out & other McDonald's always bring it to the table. Not sure if they're supposed to or not - but what a disappointment.

Improving. Always stop here on way north, this time good service-take order, if eating in give you number and bring it to your table so you don't have to stand and wait. Beverage area could've used some cleaning, but okay for most part. Got order correct, too.

I ordered a $5 meal and took 20 minutes. While waiting I tried to zoom in on the screen on the inside to read the orders to see if it shows how close my order is to completion. Around 10 minutes later minutes they hand my order and man tells me to stop taking pictures of people, I comeback saying that I was trying to read the screen. Man who gets paid minimum wage calls me weird and has an awkward staring contest for a minute. The fries felt like they were triple the suggested daily sodium intake. They forgot the drink. Employee's believes their lives really matter so much to me that I would bother and take time out of my day to take a picture of them. Would rather starve to death than ever comeback to this location.

Don't know why I try to give this place another chance but my kid wanted a mcgriddle for breakfast. After ordering and being upcharged to get a sweet tea drink they never actually gave me my drink and didn't think about it till I got home because of how long I had to wait for the food.

So disappointed, and not for the first time. Tonight’s app order picked up through the drive through was missing both of our happy meal milks and all ordered sauces, including those we paid extra for. Already submitted feedback through the website as well. Check EVERYTHING before leaving!! We didn’t notice until we were home, 12 miles away so not spending another 30 or more minutes driving round trip to correct it.

Took approximately 20 minutes for these guys to make and serve me a ham, egg, & cheese McMuffin with mayonnaise on it and was still somehow cold. Note to patrons: If you ask for cream and sugar in your coffee in-house or drive-thru, ask for stir sticks because these guys do not stir or mix those in your beverage after adding them. Otherwise, the staff are polite and pleasant.
