The kid at the first window was polite but we gave him 2 gift cards and somw cash I didn't realize we needed to specify use the gift cards first. The kid at the second window was super rude he practically threw our food at us he said nothing just shoved out food at us and shut the window. Our fries are very obviously re heated and tasteless. Next time we'll go to Wendy's if they're not going to us the gift card anyway.

Placed order on line at 10:15am short after the app stated our order was ready for pick up and sat in line till 10:28am for the drive through to pick up our order. They cancelled the order because breakfast ends at 10:30. They refused the service afterward and according the to their manager, we should have been there earlier despite sitting in line for nearly 15 mins. After this interaction based solely on staff my review is that people should go elsewhere as their local competitors are more accommodating. Simply the worst service I have ever experienced.

I will admit they definitely had an influx of people when I was there, but the workers were sitting there yelling at each other and the people at the front counter we all stood in line for at least 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged and there were atleast 6 of us in line. Only to be told were out of BBQ sauce, were out of honey, were out of grinch salt, we dont have holiday pies right now, were out of FRIES....they said it was due to those ordering the grinch meal..anyway it was more the bad attitude of the staff who finally acknowledged the line that threw all of us waiting off..especially when everyone waiting had a very pleasant attitude. We get it your job is stressful, a lot of us work stressful jobs, but we don't take it out on others.

The positive is they had the grinch socks. And the staff were super friendly! Christmas tree decorated very nicely.

Negatives are they’re out of Big Mac Pattie’s, shredded lettuce, some drinks, etc. Dining room was small and packed. The order kiosks availability did not match what they actually had. Oil tasted slightly old but food was otherwise fine. They also charged me extra for a large drink I didn’t order. I don’t even like fountain drinks.

Ordered online 10 minutes before I got there to save me a wait. It didn't work. I waited another 15 for my food, despite there being literally 3 orders in front of mine. Got my food, they mixed up the drink so asked for the right one, which they gave me. I didn't realize until I got home that they got my order wrong completely and scammed me out of money and a meal. I should have checked my food better after they messed up my drink. On top of it all, the food I did get (which was significantly cheaper than what I ordered) was ice cold. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN.

Wasted 30 minutes sitting at the post watching everyone get food and drive off. Online ordered ahead of time to avoid this situation. Seem to become the norm at this location. Service is awful and the food is literally never correct, including this time. Was asked what my order was 20 minutes after pulling up to the post.

Edit: Quarter Pounder that I was told was being made and to pull up for, not cooked at all. Insane.

Food is typical for McD's. No big deal here. It's all pretty good, high calorie, and served hot. Service, however, is ridiculously slow! It's been terrible at most McD's that switched to new service platform. Be prepared to wait 10 mins or more for just one order. It's not the employees, it's the fault of Corporate. Most of the employees are great & willing to help with any issues. Parking lot can be a bit of a nightmare, especially since the new service platform creates long lines at the drive-thru. If people would learn to use the app & order ahead, things would move much faster.
