We arrived at 10:20 am. Didn’t get waited on until 10:31! Was told that the breakfast stopped at 10:30; yet people were in the drive thru still ordering breakfast

is this a regular portion of ketchup and mustard? or, if I order extra, are you guys gonna be petty and drown it? I get that you hate your job. stop making that everyone else's problem. the amount of times I have to get a refund on the app because of this kind of crap is unreal. get it together. it isn't that hard.

Workers spewing vulgarity loud enough to be heard at the register. The manager was right there and didn’t address it. It continued throughout my order and exit. Haphazardly prepared food, to boot.

Waited 30 minutes to order employees just standing there talking and took them 40 minutes to get me my food very disappointed my double quarter pounder looked like it was burnt or there not wiping down the grill enough or scraping it if I could leave 0 stars for my visit today if it keeps getting worse I’ll be eating elsewhere
My family and I have a running joke about this McDonalds, and how they always forget my bacon on my quarter pounder. I would say 80-90% of the time they forget. Now I know that doesn't sound like a big deal but when it keeps happening over and over and over again and I am paying for the bacon it gets pretty ridiculous. We have written reviews, called the store and spoke with the manager and still it keeps happening. Are they always out of bacon? are they forgetting? is a employee in the back eating it all? What is going on here? Its a bacon conspiracy. Just reading some other customer reviews I see I'm not the only one its happening to. So I have decided that I'm going to write a review every time it happens from now on starting today. 4/13/25 you have forgotten to put bacon on my quarter pounder. Be better.

Constantly confuses other orders with mine so I dont receive what I paid for and they always forget napkins and other utensils.

Slowest fast food in history. I ordered from the app, do a counter pick up for an ice coffee to pick up before work all the time. I say I'm there 10 min before I get there just to make sure it's ready. It's still not usually ready. Absolutely pathetic.

It's always too damn slow. Understaffed by near as I can tell uninspired employees. Not their fault, this is bad management. Would it really kill em to stir the pre-ordered cream and sugar coffee??? Troy does, wysox does. It's a featured item that I stop for often across ny and pa. Truth be told, prefer it to everyone except home. Sayre McDonald's is so poorly run I just drive on by. Dandy coffee will have to do.
