I visited this Starbucks location early this morning, October 18, 2025, after a long 2.5-hour drive. I want to first commend the person who took my order—they were incredibly warm and welcoming, which was a lovely and much-needed start to my day.
However, the experience with the barista who made my drink (a young, short white girl) was extremely poor. This was fresh in the morning and there were very few customers, meaning there was no rush or excessive workload to excuse her behavior.
She failed to put the sleeve on my Grande Hot Caramel Macchiato. When I asked for a sleeve because the cup was too hot to hold, her response was dismissive and rude, saying 'ooo... sleet...'
When I received the sleeve, I simply asked why she didn't put it on automatically, as this is standard practice for hot drinks. She did not apologize for forgetting and replied rudely. The frustrating part is that I noticed the drink she had just made for another customer, 'Mike,' did have the sleeve on it on the counter.
Her behavior was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. She made the effort to provide the sleeve for another customer but not for me, and then acted sarcastic when asked about the oversight during a slow period. This treatment ruined the positive impression the first employee made. Management needs to urgently address the behavior of this specific barista.

Stop here for coffee for my husband a lot. Stopped yesterday to get coffee for him and noticed they had a new drink the cranberry orange lemonade so after ordering the coffee I asked if the new drink had caffeine in it and he said No it was cranberry based so I ordered one. After drinking about half of it I got a splitting headache so I goggle it and sure enough it has caffeine. I would think they should know what is in the products that they sell. I had to throw out the remainder of the drink because caffeine makes me sick.
The staff was friendly, quick, and concise. Used the drive through and was able to get everything I wanted swiftly.

I'm a regular customer of their Frappuccinos, but despite customizing my order, it's often prepared differently. To avoid any inconvenience, I recommend visiting the store in person instead of using the drive-thru. The service is good, and the customer interaction is excellent, making the in-store experience worthwhile.
