Every time I go in there the employees are rude and look very upset that they have to work there. Went there Saturday and used the drive through, lady working was visibly high, forgot the drink I had to remind her, when I got one one of the two sandwiches I ordered it was missing the steak, it’s literally a steak and cheese sandwich how do you forget the steak it’s literally IN THE NAME. Needless to say this will be the last time I go to this location, shame they took the one out of Walmart they were mostly decent.

I got 3 foot longs with a coupon the man didn't use my coupon so instead of $18 it costed $35 and he couldn't fix it because there was no management there. Then he just slopped everything on the bread, like piled on not layed on nicely. Just a hand full of meat and a hand full of lettuce and so on. I was very unsatisfied with my visit! And them the other employee wasn't helping fix the issues he joked that I could hit the man the didn't take my coupon. So very unprofessional. Then in place of my $15 he offered me 2 small bags of chips. Smh.

It was after 6:00pm and my wife and I had been on the go all day and had not ate. We decided to grab a sub for our dinner. I got a roast beef but you would have needed a magnifying glass to know it. It was more like a shredded lettuce sandwich. Very disappointed with how little meat and cheese I got for the money I paid. Where's the beef?

I ordered extra meat on my sub through the app and received a smashed flat sub with less meat than the ordinary sub. Sorry excuse for a sub and that is the last time subway gets my money.
I purchased a sandwich with extra meat on the mobile app and it had almost no meat along with being smashed down flat.

I tried the great garlic sandwich since last time they didn't have the garlic aioli. It was a delicious sandwich! The worker was super nice and friendly, and worked with me how i wanted it made (I don't like toasted bread). We were also the only people in the restaurant which is just the way we like it lol

So I normally don’t post reviews but I had to for this one. Today was a lovely day (November 5th, 2022 at 11:15am). Went to Ebensburg subway for some subs for lunch. The one girl who made our subs was very nice and friendly. On the other hand, there was another girl there with straight brown hair that was about shoulder length (she’s lucky she wasn’t wearing a name tag because I’d definitely say it right now) who was just awful. I understand if you hate your job and hate your life but that’s no reason to take it out on the customers ?. She was super sassy and rude to us. She obviously just wanted us to leave and was rushing us the whole time. She did not provide a very professional or friendly atmosphere at all. I honestly will probably look elsewhere for my subs because, I, as a customer do not want to be treated like that. The subs the other girl made were okay. I got a meatball sub and it was delicious. My mom got some chicken teriyaki sub and said it was a subpar amount of chicken with the amount of veggies put on, so she didn’t really enjoy her sub. I hope a manager reads this and reevaluates the service some of their workers are providing.
