Last Sunday we celebrated my dads heavenly 100th birthday at the Keg. We had over 40 people in attendance including young children and an infant. The new owners could not have been more welcoming and gracious! The meals we enjoyed were cooked by the owner himself and everyone was beyond thrilled with their choices! The Empty Keg is a fantastic hometown bar with great food and vibes. The bartender is super friendly and attentive, ensuring customers are well taken care of. The service is fast and friendly, and the food is hot, fresh, and flavorful. Customers highly recommend trying the Ragin Cajun dry wings, which are described as the hottest wings. While the burgers are good, they can be a bit overcooked, and the French fries are excellent. The atmosphere is enjoyable, with the Blue Moon being nice and cold. However, with new management, the prices have almost doubled, making it less affordable for regular visits. Despite the higher prices, the great bartenders, Jess and Brooke, keep some customers coming back occasionally.
