Don't think they know what leave at door means, I tried ordering in the app, they never leave it at the door and then they take it back to the store because I don't see or hear my phone going off. It's abaolutely rediculous.

Im not even sure what this is but I ordered a combo sub!! Instead I got a soggy sub with a burnt top. They close at 11pm and I placed my order at 10:30pm. I love just down the road and was there 20 minutes before closing. The guy who took my order seemed bothered I even placed a order and in return I get a disgusting sub🤮🤢 BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! Im left throwing out a $10 sub i took 1 bite out of and instantly threw it away.

Absolutely delicious. I ordered a calizone and it was so much bigger and fuller and more delicious than I had anticipated. Will definitely eat here again

I went to the bathroom, and the last step and the floor are the same exact color. I thought the last step was the floor. I fell face first on the floor. It was extremely painful. I had to lay there on the floor to get my breath. With my service dog trying her best to help. When I finally got back upstairs, I informed the young man working there what had happened and asked him to please mark that last step a different color than the floor. He was nice. I told him I was fine. And I still am. Please fix that bottom stair.

When we visit from CT, we always order food from John's Wildwood Pizza. The pizza and subs are fresh, hot, and delicious.

They have forgotten my call in order on multiple different occasions. They give me a time and everything on the phone and then there’s nothing when I get there and everyone just stares around blankly. Pretty sure nobody there is sober. Service sucks and the owner doesn’t care, just stands there silently and doesn’t try to fix the issue or anything. Pathetic for a business to act like that.

Late to the party, but omg this pizza was amazing! With family in NY this reminds me of something they would make. The only thing I would even say to do differently is to add specialty pizzas to the menu (they weren't listed on the menu I looked at).

Pizza is good. But the wait time to pick it up or order it in the store is insane. I’ve never had it delivered by them so I can’t comment on their delivery.
I stood in line there for 25 minutes just to pick up my food that was already ready and paid for prior.
Another time, I went in to pay for and pick up my food I had ordered over the phone and they took 10 minutes to ring one guy out in front of me. Then the guy at the counter spent 5 minutes talking to the delivery driver before giving me my food that was just sitting there.
Terrible customer service.
