The staff are usually really nice but they cannot ever get a special order right. Over the course of 4 years, I’ve gotten more messed up orders than correct orders. I’d have to drive back to the restaurant 90% of the time if I didn’t check my food before I left. The wait time can be pretty long to get your food too. With the wait time and the time it takes to go back inside and have them fix your order, you’d be better off dining in at a real restaurant.

The quality of employee has drastically gone down. We got the feeling that we were an inconvenience because we ate in. Best part of the experience was talking to a old timer about the good old days in the 70s and 80s when service was there top priority and it was a gathering place every morning for friends to meet up. Maybe the company should regress.

I didn't mind waiting 20 minutes after paying to get my food; I understand busy around 6pm. I minded that, during a dinner rush, we would get old fries. Take them back in and then get old fries AGAIN. Dinner rush you would expect at least new fries/hot fries. Got home and the rest of our food had gotten cold waiting on fries.
