Hire people who have brain cells, take customer complaints seriously or pretend at least, fire the managers at repeat offending locations, maybe start paying attention to the undercooked or burnt to a crisp "food" served to your customers, perhaps pay attention to your stores more than you do... before a major lawsuit ensues after you poison someone. Edinboro, Pa store... I'm talking to you. ;)
