I never feel the need to leave reviews but i come to this location often and they are always so rude. They make customers wait 5-10 mins (or even longer sometimes) at a time to take their order (in store and drive thru) just to give them the wrong order. My order is simple and my latte is always missing cold foam I paid extra for or the flavor shots. The espresso has been tasting very burnt recently as well. They will also give you cold and dry hash browns instead of just making new ones. I’m no longer coming this location because I’ve given them too many chances and they just keep getting worse and worse.

I called online the person was a girl and was so disrespectful. I asked if they had the Sabrina's daydream refresher and the had such an attitude than hung up on me

The workers are rude, always focused on TALKING, and will ALWAYS GET YOUR ORDER WRONG! if you like paying extra for stuff that you DONT GET, THIS DUNKIN IS FOR YOU. GO TO ANY OTHER DUNKIN OR COFFEE PLACE!

⭐ 1-Star Review but if i can give them Negative i would ! I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ for about 8 years, and I can honestly say this year especially the last few months has been the absolute worst it’s ever been. The customer service is horrible. The staff is always on their phones, letting the line build up, and when you finally get to the window your coffee is either burnt, chalky, or straight up sour tasting.
If your order is messed up (which is almost every visit now), they don’t want to fix it. Instead, they argue with you especially in the drive thru because they care more about their timer than actually helping customers. It’s ridiculous.
The experience has gotten so bad that I literally have to drive all the way down to the Dunkin’ on Wyoming Ave just to get decent service and a drink that isn’t disgusting. The staff at this location is overall terrible, and the quality has completely fallen apart. Highly disappointed and won’t be returning unless major changes are made.

Hot chocolate was cold
“Do you know what you want?” That’s how my order was taken. Customer service doesn’t exist at this location. There’s no accountability when they mess up an order, no genuine greeting when you walk through the door, zero eye contact. The place is clean and stocked that’s about all the positive feedback I can provide.
Worst location ever. Disorganized and customer service need an overhaul. I love Duncan but I just won't deal with this location.

The woman working at the window this morning didn’t say a single thing to me. No hi no have a good day. Very rude customer service. I didn’t feel respected or welcomed at all 😞. This place is ran by the most ignorant people on the planet. I called corporate on them. Corporate gave me a $10 credit and they didn’t accept it. Super ignorant!!!! 😡😡😡

My granddaughter ordered 2 ice coffees and 2 hash browns...again they put only 1 coffee in the bag...it was delivered by door dash. The bag was not damaged. ...so the person that made the order did not out the other coff6 in the bag....she spent 19.00$ on the order....door dash did however reimburse her $5.80... this was the second time this happened .... just niw....August 02 2025....time was 10:28 delivery. .... get your orders right!!!!!
My sandwich had hair, also my coffee had something weird inside. My $16.93 dollars are in the trash!

This place needs corporate intervention. No other Dunkin in the area is so chaotic.Tons of staff but little management. 20 mins for a mobile order. They prioritize drive-through and counter orders first and let preordered mobile orders customers pile up near exit of order line. 6 customers came in ordered at counter and 4 drive-through orders left before i received my order. Get rid of the mobile app for edwardsville location if it does not streamline the process and becomes to inconvenient for the location.

Last time I went there, I walked in while the two people working were filling orders for the drive thru window. One of them said that they would be right with me, I waited at the counter for about 7-8 minutes and finally left without a coffee in hand.
I understand that these places get busy, but they kept taking orders from every vehicle that drove up while I was waiting.
