I love eating and having my coffee at Dunkin. In the morning hours when they're busy you cannot get your toast very toasted. My bagel didn't even look like it hit the toaster although I ask for Well done.

There's a noticeable difference in service in quality depending on who the manager is that day. JEN has always been amazing and any time we've ever had an issue she always takes care of it. This morning, she wasn't there. Had to go back in twice to get my coffees made correctly. I get the same thing everytime so I know how it's supposed to taste.
