The grotto pizza in Kingston is a mess. We waited 45 minutes today for a plain pizza. The place wasn’t even busy. Every time we go there it’s a nightmare. $40 for a meal we had to eat in our car because we couldn’t wait anymore.

Absolutely went down hill! Just litterally picked cked up an order, today, Mon. 8/5/24. and the round pizzas dough is literally cardboard. The fries are rubbery like they've been microwaved and the Sicilian dough wasn't cooked all tye way through.
I don't get. $53.00 down the drain.

Server Sharon was kind and friendly, chill atmosphere. $6.99 pizza deal is an absolute steal. Pizza was amazing as all grottos are. Gave the sweet sauce pizza a try and it was pretty good, would still recommend the OG sauce.

Great location. Great pizza, friendly staff, good value. Went on a monday and they had a 6.99 pizza special, which is a crazy deal for Grottos. Cool mini casino next door, too.

Great service, food, and atmosphere! The Thursday Sicilian pizza deal is UNBEATABLE. I try to go every time with my family, and we all eat for cheap! Big bar with big TVs for those who drink. Check it out!

We order a Mild Buffalo cheese stake boli. Chicken is slimy, the color is damn near pink, and it taste sweet. They lost my business. Lesson learned. Should give 0 Stars.
