I've always had great experiences with both the food and friendly service, notwithstanding so many of the other reviews. Today I'd had their Shrimp Lo Mein and the portion size was incredible and the baby shrimps were in abundance. They certainly hadn't "skimped." That being said, their prices are also very reasonable for what you get, and the food is delicious. I always do pickup at the window, which means I couldn't complain about delivery problems the way lazy couch potatoes might. It's never "late" when I pick it up myself, and the order is never "wrong" when I tell them at the time of pickup what I'd ordered. Some "problems" others have encountered can possibly be remedied if they try an alternate way of getting their food received.

In my opinion, this is the flag ship of Chinese take out in the area. No delivery fee's, and I've always had a pleasant hand off with the staff, and driver's. The brown sauce is A1, and they've ne'er denied a special request. Personally, I think it's nice, and traditional to see the children learning the family business, and taking an active role in customer services. I give it 5 stars. There are times food quality seems "day old", but more times than none I am pleased, and greatly appointed!

The first time I tried to order for delivery, called twice: First call I was hung up on, the Second call they said they don't deliver to my location, granted some places have a set amount of miles to deliver to, but I am located 2 miles from them, when I inquire about the distance I was hung up on again. Extremely bad customer service, would not recommend.

I wish you'd answer your phone or have correct hours and number on google. Every time we want to order for lunch, no one answers, and we have to buy somewhere else.

Solid Chinese food that hasn't gone down in quality due to inflation yet. Take out only through the door, so no atmosphere, lol

Made an attempt to see if I would finally get some fresh food everything was stale chicken and broccoli had no taste seafood delight very horrible who ever answers the phone is rude and it’s a turn off
We decided to try some place new last night and definitely regret it. We ordered 2 sesame chicken combos, the chicken was so overcooked and hard you couldnt eat it, the rice had no flavor at all. The eggroll had nothing in it. We also got steamed dumplings which seemed more like barely filled pierogis. I am not usually a complainer but this was just so bad I hope no one else waste their money.

Parking: Large parking lot.
So upset with this place ! They left my food at a different address. Then the next time they called me to ask why I didn’t pick up my food . Well bc I said it’s for delivery, why did u ask for my address if it wasn’t I said . Then she said, do you want your food or not? To be honest , NO I DON’TSo rude and disrespectful. Just remember the customer is always right.And word of mouth travels
