I've always had great experiences with both the food and friendly service, notwithstanding so many of the other reviews. Today I'd had their Shrimp Lo Mein and the portion size was incredible and the baby shrimps were in abundance. They certainly hadn't "skimped." That being said, their prices are also very reasonable for what you get, and the food is delicious. I always do pickup at the window, which means I couldn't complain about delivery problems...
In my opinion, this is the flag ship of Chinese take out in the area. No delivery fee's, and I've always had a pleasant hand off with the staff, and driver's. The brown sauce is A1, and they've ne'er denied a special request. Personally, I think it's nice, and traditional to see the children learning the family business, and taking an active role in customer services. I give it 5 stars. Solid Chinese food that hasn't gone down in quality due to inflation yet. Take out only through the door, so no atmosphere, lol
