Absolutely delicious! Portions were fantastic too! I had the shrimp and steak hibachi dinner. The steak was so tender and the shrimp were huge and cooked perfectly! The rice and veggies were amazing and the yum yum sauce I can’t get enough of! Staff was very friendly too! We will be frequent customers!
Delicious food! We definitely found our new favorite spot to order from. Steak was so tender and even good reheated the next day! Shrimp was also very delicious. My husband had scallops and enjoyed them as well. The veggies taste fresh and flavorful. I preferred the noodles over the rice. Oh and also, no matter what you do, you MUST order the chicken karage (Japanese fried chicken) absolutely out of this world! 100/10
really good food & really good service! they have anmaazzinnnggg signature drinks & you can add boba. I will definitely be eating here again.

Sanji Hibachi is a true hidden gem in the valley. The spot is unassuming but the atmosphere and ambience is that of a trendy restaurant in Japan, feeling beautiful, light, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing. The establishment is extremely clean, very well organized, and super cozy. The owners and staff are so welcoming, very very kind, respectful, friendly, and patient. The food is nothing short of an out of body experience, unbelievably delicious, and amazing. The hibachi chicken was delicious, the salmon was cooked to perfection, and the fried rice was super yummy. The portion size was generous. It is easily one of the best hibachi restaurants in the area, though it is not like most places where you get a show from the cook. The experience was excellent and great. Many customers recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning again soon.
