Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Food Quality.
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment during the night shift (from 6:00 p.m. onwards).
First, the employee at the drive-thru window was extremely arrogant and lacked basic customer service skills; she appeared disgruntled and unprofessional.
Furthermore, my order was incorrect, and I was overcharged.
When I called to speak with the manager to address these issues and the general incompetence of the night staff, he became visibly upset by my feedback. Despite spending nearly $27, the manager only offered to refund $10, which is unacceptable given the circumstances.
Regarding the food, the quality was poor. The entire order was cold, and the chicken sandwich was not only cold but also burnt and had a terrible taste.
When using the drive-thru, customers are usually in a hurry and expect accuracy, fresh food, and courtesy—none of which were provided by your night team. I hope you take the necessary steps to improve your staff's attention to detail and professional conduct.

This Wendy’s is probably the worst around! Most of the time if you have a problem the phone is unavailable, they struggle to get the orders correct and the customer service is seriously lacking! I think it’s best if you just take the extra time to travel to Wilkes Barre.

Says they are open for breakfast and not one person there. It will supposed to be open till hours posted and over an hour before the lights will be off
We went last night through drive thru mobile pickup. 1st, the cashier said not one word to use, they didn't give me the sour cream & butter for the potato and they didn't give me the dressing for my salad. And fast food workers expect $15 an hour lmao, how about you actually take pride in your job, or quit and find a new one!

I keep coming here thinking one of these days I will get some food that is actually edible, and my order will be correct. It doesn't matter what day or time you go. The only thing they can get right is a fountain soda.

You guys continue time and time and time again to get orders wrong... It's crazy how I've been working down the road for over a year and this whole time, every single time I decide to get Wendy's for lunch, y'all mess my order up...
The burger, plain! Plain with just cheese! Today you even clarified with my 2 times! And y'all still have me a bacon cheese burger with everything on it!
Now I get people make mistakes, which is why I waited until this time (probably my 10th+ time getting my order wrong) to make this post
Come on Wendy's! Tighten up! I don't want to keep spending my money for the incorrect food!

Service: There is one employee there who always works the counter. They appear to be gender neutral, and I write that only to identify the person, not as a negative remark. This individual takes so much time at the register and handing food to customers it is absurd. The employees are very frustrated and have to step in multiple times to get food moving again. One told me the employee is related to an owner, so they all suffer. I waited 30 minutes for this person to hand me my food which was sitting on a counter the whole time behind them. Many people complained. No action. Food: I'm just about finished with this Wendy's. The burger meat is supposed to be fresh. It comes out burned, very dry, and lays heavy on the stomach. Atmosphere: average.
