Service: There is one employee there who always works the counter. They appear to be gender neutral, and I write that only to identify the person, not as a negative remark. This individual takes so much time at the register and handing food to customers it is absurd. The employees are very frustrated and have to step in multiple times to get food moving again. One told me the employee is related to an owner, so they all suffer. I waited 30 minutes for this person to hand me my food which was sitting on a counter the whole time behind them. Many people complained. No action. Food: I'm just about finished with this Wendy's. The burger meat is supposed to be fresh. It comes out burned, very dry, and lays heavy on the stomach. Atmosphere: average.

Literally got here at 11:50 and online says they close at 12 PM but she claims they are closed. All I wanted was a small french fry and you guys are closed? Exactly why I don't frequent this particular Wendy's because they are very inconsistent with business hours And service

Just got some sons of the baconator yesterday an Oreo brownie frosty that does not look like the picture, a mango lemonade and some fries. Today I was dying in my bathroom. The worst stomach pains in your life. Do not eat here. They are definitely doing something wrong. Bacteria is in the food. Someone is not washing their hands or washing the vegetables or cleaning the beverage machines. If you want to feel like garbage for a day go for it. Otherwise find another location where the food won't practically kill you.

I ordered for my family through the Wendy’s App…just don’t!!
$65 plus tip we were missing half of the items & what was delivered was all wrong!
I called the “Wendy’s App” Customer Service…NO help!!
I called this store directly still no real help & I would have to drive to the store to pick up the food that was either just wrong or never received!! Very disappointing Wendy’s & extremely BAD Business!! Don’t offer an App you can’t handle or take pride in serving your customers properly.
I have to admit…Wendy’s WAS my favorite Burger Fast Food but, I have lost trust.

I love Wendy's and this location is the worst I've seen. My order is always wrong, the customer service is terrible, and the managers here are the main problem. Employees here are so bitter and nasty they purposely give you sloppy food. It seems like the lowest qualifying individuals get hired, same forbthe managers. Seatijg area is disgusting. Cooperate should really analyze this location as it presents Wendy's terribly.

It's bull crap to me that y'all are open but keep the doors locked. I've been in there before at 830am and got food before but for some reason y'all been keeping the doors locked. I have a truck that can't go into the drive through so I'm SOL on going to your location for food in the morning. Makes no sense to me unless y'all just want less orders coming in.
