I do love the place hot food they offer is really good but the service is so so slow and took 30 minutes to get a cup of ice cream and ice cream cone of which they screwed up three times the flavors and two pop cups and they had five people working and unfortunately it’s been this type of way for quite some time. It’s actually a turn off to go there if it wasn’t so close in the hot food wasn’t so good we probably would go elsewhere. It’s really a shame.
Stopped today after fishing at Mingo with my son and my fiancé. I ordered half of an Italian hoagie and hot pepper cheeseballs, my fiancé had a pepperoni pizza and my son had the cheese Stromboli. My Italian hoagie was delicious, super fresh toppings and a half alone was huge, more like the size of a whole at other places. I tried my fiancés pizza and it was really good too. We got a Hawaiian heart shaped pizza for Valentine’s Day and it was amazing. We also got a pepperoni and mushroom and it was one of the best we’ve had. The customer service was amazing and the price was fair for two xl pizzas. In the past, we’ve had their foot long hot dogs and fresh cut fries, as well as their ice cream and we loved it. Will definitely be back. It’s such a convenient location if you’re going to Mingo park. Highly recommend.
