We stopped here after fishing! The chicken tenders were good! The beer battered fries and beer cheese dip were AMAZINGLY out of this world. I recommend stopping by for a drink and app if you’re in the area.

Love this local place. Great "bar" food. Wings are the best anywhere. And the buff chick dip is yummy too. Only thing that affects negatively is when the door to the bar (smoking) area is left open or opened frequently because that smell comes through dining area. But still love this place. Always friendly and it's local ❤️

Bar 48 is about as cozy as hometown bars get. The owners and staff are plesant and the service is superb. Always try to stop in here when I'm in Elizabeth to grab a beer and wings or a burger.
