“I cannot say enough about R Place!!! They went above and beyond to help us put together my daughter in law’s baby shower for our twin boys on the way! Brunch was amazing, cake was over the top and staff were the best!!! Highly recommend this restaurant! They were the best to work with and Kim and Russ made it a perfect day!!!”
“Good tasty beer, friendly bartender, friendly patrons and nice atmosphere. I especially loved the mural they had on their wall and the antique decorative ceiling. Cool spot, I really dug the vibe they had going on here. I will return here to enjoy some more cold ones. If you enjoy craft beers, I highly recommend this spot.”
“Visited this place with some friends before the holidays. The soup here is amazing. We had the pepper jack crab soup and it was fantastic. Look forward to another visit and if you find yourself in the area give it a try. Price was very reasonable too.”
“To be honest I loved it here - warm and cozy atmosphere, servers were very friendly, food was really really good. I am only giving 4 stars for food simply because they have an eggs Benedict on the menu - which is most commonly a poached egg, but when ordered we were told they cannot poach eggs. So my husband just ordered something else- which he did enjoy, but he really wanted a good eggs Benedict. All in all, a great little breakfast place.”
“Stopped in this afternoon and got 2 taco salads. The owner was very nice and helpful. The place is spotless, portions were huge, salads were delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. If you haven’t tried this place, you really should! Excellent local business and I will definitely be back!”
“Impromptu wake…Everything was handled perfect and explained well.Service was excellent and food was delicious and prepped perfectly.Thank you!Would highly recommend”
“Bar 48 is about as cozy as hometown bars get. The owners and staff are plesant and the service is superb. Always try to stop in here when I'm in Elizabeth to grab a beer and wings or a burger.”
“Food is always quick and good! A lot to pick from, I always get something different. It's take out only. Close to home. It may look busy but I've never waited longer than 20 mins. Staff is very friendly.”
“Breakfast critic: 2nd best place to eat around here outside of my own kitchen! First visit and I am hooked. Wedding soup was so close to moms recipe I almost cried. Omelet was phenomenal. If I could have given them a 10 they would have got it. Highly recommend!!!! Can't wait to come back to try the dinner menu. Been to a lot of places for breakfast and this one takes the cake. And that banana creme pie is calling. Do yourself a favor and stop in sooner than later.”
“Love the look of the inside. Nice little bar and restaurant. Bar sitting and regular tables. There is an upstairs too with more seating. Decent size menu with many selections. I got the western burger... it was over cooked and dry, but I'm definitely going to go back and give it another try. (Maybe it was just a off night for cooking, it was busy) Bar tender was very nice. And checked on us often.”
“Food is great especially the fish sandwich. Lady working there is always nice. I feel bad she's the bar tender. Cook. And working the register, but she's great.Negatives the place is VERY old ND run down inside. Get your food to go.”
“Came here for the first time for breakfast, after wanting to try it for the longest time! This place has great breakfast! Their prices are definitely affordable. And the staff is super friendly! As a restaurant owner and a food lover?, I have to say, I’m impressed!”
“Great food, 1st time eating there and everything was great. But we drove around because of street being blocked off 3 times. Finally I found it when I parked and walked.”
“Fresh, hot, bangin, yummy... It's an actual red caboose... Only issue was it's cash only but it's definitely posted before u walk in and I believe inside... No worries though, there's a gas station right up the street.. it charged me $2.95 ugh!Parking: Big gravel lot that surrounds the red caboose!”
