Love love love!! I really can’t wait to come back to this place. They had me at popcorn. I would have stayed just for that. But I got more. Their flights are $2 a pour, so you can try their whole set. The real star of the place is their shandy, soooo good I wish they sold growlers. I don’t want to leave out their house brews, they are honestly really good. I only had one I didn’t like, which is my own preference on beers since I don’t like IPAs.The bartender we had was an absolute gem. She packed me up a bag of popcorn to go. Love you girl!!I also tried one of their cocktails, which was so well done I could have had them all night long.I saw several signs about things they have going on during the week and I really can’t wait to attend.

3 - Good choice if you're in the area. Skip to the end to see my eating scale. As always, I'll start with the beer - it's really good. They seem to try to keep their brews close to the original style. For example, their IPA is an excellent IPA in the traditional sense which I really appreciate. Nothing fruity or sweet, they hit what an IPA is supposed to be. So why not a higher rating? For me it's just because it's a pretty small place. It was busy the night we were there and they only had one bartender working so service was slow. She was really good, but there was only one of her. Keeping consistent with my eating scale, I'd be hesitant to drive half an hour to visit during the winter again. I heard that they have a really nice outdoor area that's right on the river, so maybe this summer we'll make the drive again to check that out. So yeah, if you're anywhere around Elizabeth, PA Firewhistle is definitely a solid place to get a good beer or two. But the confines were too small and service was too slow for me to want to go 30 minutes out of my way. 1 - Just don't 2 - You'll survive, but there are better choices close by 3 - Good choice if you're in the area 4 - I'd drive up to 30 minutes just to come here 5 - I'd try to convince my wife to drive an hour just to come here

Good tasty beer, friendly bartender, friendly patrons and nice atmosphere. I especially loved the mural they had on their wall and the antique decorative ceiling. Cool spot, I really dug the vibe they had going on here. I will return here to enjoy some more cold ones. If you enjoy craft beers, I highly recommend this spot.

We had an outstanding evening at the Firewhistle. Delicious drinks, excellent service at the bar, live music ? by GARY and a nice relaxing atmosphere. “Buddy” (pretty sure not his real name)was a great bartender/mixologist who made an amazing Bloody Mary! He even added olives for us as a specially requested addition to our drink without hesitation! Thanks for hosting our 4 person party!
