Keystone Bakery in Monessen almost ruined my son’s Birthday but Giant Eagle in Elizabeth came to the rescue and Saved the day. I called them explain what happened at Keystone Bakery this really nice lady told me don’t worry and she will have a Nightmare before Christmas for me before his party today. Biggest Thank you! Will be getting my cakes from Giant Eagle for now on!
I have been going to the Elizabeth Giant Eagel for years. I am always impressed with the helpfulness of the staff in each department. The bagel lady rocks! The deli women are always willing to adjust the cut of meat/cheese to order. I complained once that the store didn't carry a certain product and they got it in!!! The cashiers are so nice. I hate, really hate, shopping. I go frequently so as not to spend too much time in any store. So, I'm there a lot! This place is a gem....read full review

I don't know what they do with their staff to make them so happy but I have never run into a staff member that wasn't amazingly friendly. Takes the hassle out of shopping.
