Inferno Pizza - Elizabeth, PA

Overall food was pretty good. We ordered online and picked up and if we ordered our food at the restaurant we would’ve never ordered it. It was disgusting in there. Our feet stuck to the floors, the flat top wasn’t cleaned off, who knows when they change their oil in their fryers. The lady working handed over our food and dropped our cheese sticks on the floor, picked them up and handed them to my husband and said, “they’re just cheesesticks”. Because the atmosphere was so poor and dirty/disgusting, we will never go back.

My kid dropped my pizza. I re-ordered a pizza and they didn’t charge me even though they re-delivered it. I paid the delivery twice to be nice. That was very nice of them. I will always order for them because of that

Waited over an hour and a half for pizza that came cold and funnel cake fries cold and with no chocolate sauce ! I called they were super ignorant and not helpful at all 🙂 will not be coming back

To Be Honest. I spent 33Dollara for a small pizza and a cheeseburger and some soggy fries.. the burger wasnt in housemade. It was a legit processed burger ordered in bulk and small and overcooked. I get rising costs in the economy but this wasnt worth the hype nor the cost. I dont believe ill be ordering again. But maybe someone else will have a different experience.

Very good food. The Sicilian pizza is different and better than most places around here. The wings are excellent as well. They also use jumbo whole wings, not the little ones. We got the dry rub—highly recommend.

We ordered a steak hoagie there was no mayo it was dry bun was falling apart Onion Rings was overcooked/burnt I'm not recommending this place

Order from Inferno at least once a week, everytime we get the food it is hot and delicious, with great service

Pay so much extra for delivery. Ask for a specific time for and was delivered 35 minutes early.

Waited 2 hours for food I spent 65 dollars on. It came cold and all I got was a 25 gift card. Tayshia took my order and wrote down the wrong number as well. Which didn't help the situation.This is the best pizza place I found near me and it's disappointing that they treat their customers like this. Guess I'll be looking for a new place to order food from.

I am so disappointed! I’ve been to other inferno pizza places before but my order at this one was just awful. The steak salad tasted really weird and I could only maybe eat a quarter of it. The fried zucchini was decent. The white pizza was bland and cold. I could’ve gone to Jolynn’s or Mama Pepino’s for way less and gotten SUCH better quality and better tasting food. Never again.

Menu has chicken salads at $13 or so but I spent $20 for one chicken salad , an hour wait and the chicken and fries were cold and soggy :(

This is my first time ordering from Inferno Pizza. I have not received my order (delivery) and I am already not impressed. I placed my order online at 5:02 pm. It said estimated delivery 6:02 pm. It is now 6:52 pm and I still don't have my order. I expect it to be cold.

We finally got our food right about 7:00. 2 HOURS after I ordered online. However, we did not receive the 2 liter Diet Pepsi I ordered. I expect a refund for that, we will see. We did not receive marinara sauce for the bread sticks either. Very poor service on your side.
The pizza and bread sticks were not good. The pizza was soggy. The breadsticks just didn't taste right.
I will never order from here again!
