Order from Inferno at least once a week, everytime we get the food it is hot and delicious, with great service

Pay so much extra for delivery. Ask for a specific time for and was delivered 35 minutes early.

Waited 2 hours for food I spent 65 dollars on. It came cold and all I got was a 25 gift card. Tayshia took my order and wrote down the wrong number as well. Which didn't help the situation.This is the best pizza place I found near me and it's disappointing that they treat their customers like this. Guess I'll be looking for a new place to order food from.

I am so disappointed! I’ve been to other inferno pizza places before but my order at this one was just awful. The steak salad tasted really weird and I could only maybe eat a quarter of it. The fried zucchini was decent. The white pizza was bland and cold. I could’ve gone to Jolynn’s or Mama Pepino’s for way less and gotten SUCH better quality and better tasting food. Never again.

Menu has chicken salads at $13 or so but I spent $20 for one chicken salad , an hour wait and the chicken and fries were cold and soggy :(

This is my first time ordering from Inferno Pizza. I have not received my order (delivery) and I am already not impressed. I placed my order online at 5:02 pm. It said estimated delivery 6:02 pm. It is now 6:52 pm and I still don't have my order. I expect it to be cold.

We finally got our food right about 7:00. 2 HOURS after I ordered online. However, we did not receive the 2 liter Diet Pepsi I ordered. I expect a refund for that, we will see. We did not receive marinara sauce for the bread sticks either. Very poor service on your side.
The pizza and bread sticks were not good. The pizza was soggy. The breadsticks just didn't taste right.
I will never order from here again!

Man if I could give this place 100 stars I would! I tried this for the FIRST TIME AND I’LL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVA’ order PIZZAHUT AGAIN! The young man on the phone was SO KIND AND FRIENDLY! Mmmm mmm I had the best meat lovers!! Mmmmm keep it up guys!!

Will never go back

IF YOU ORDER FROM HERE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE AMOUNT THEY CHARGE YOU FOR!! I ordered $128 worth of pizza for delivery. I asked to add a $17 tip for the driver, making my total $145. The driver brought the filled out receipt noting the $17 tip and total of $145. However, when I looked at my credit card statement online, my card was charged for a total of $155. I called inferno and asked why my credit card was charged for an additional $10, and they said they would have to speak to a manager and call me back. A week went by with no returned phone call. I called Inferno again and they confirmed that I was charged the incorrect amount but they could only offer me a $10 gift card. After going back and forth, the manager agreed to refund the $10 to my credit card.
