IF YOU ORDER FROM HERE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE AMOUNT THEY CHARGE YOU FOR!! I ordered $128 worth of pizza for delivery. I asked to add a $17 tip for the driver, making my total $145. The driver brought the filled out receipt noting the $17 tip and total of $145. However, when I looked at my credit card statement online, my card was charged for a total of $155. I called inferno and asked why my credit card was charged for an additional $10, and they said they would have to speak to a manager and call me back. A week went by with no returned phone call. I called Inferno again and they confirmed that I was charged the incorrect amount but they could only offer me a $10 gift card. After going back and forth, the manager agreed to refund the $10 to my credit card.

ordered online. Tried to call to add to order and correct it to delivery, on hold for over 50 minutes, was disconneted 3 times. Drove there. Two nice but inexperienced employees working. I asked to speak to the manager. I was informed she left at 2:00 pm. They stated they ran out of product and had to run to buy more. They were clearly over whelmed. My pizza was burnt. They gave me a refund. However, The manager should not have left them on their own. They had 12 orders was blown out of the water. The place could use some detail cleaning. Not sure what your manager is managing. Clearly not your business, she is to busy to run your establishment and is going to run it into the ground. This is not the first time I have encountered problems at this location. Yes, you have a good product but, it is clearly not worth the agravation. I will not be a return customer.

When I babysit my grandmonsters in Elizabeth on Wednesdays I always order our lunch and some dinner for them. The food is excellent and the delivery is always before the time they give! Delivery person is so nice too! Highly recommend!!!
