This used to be an awesome subway, but as of late, these people they have working in subway don't put anything on your sandwich. If I'm paying 12 dollars for a sandwich, I expect there to be a respectable amount of meat n veggies on my bread, not half a handful of scraps. I thought, maybe just a bad experience. So I tried it 3 times and all 3 times they skimmed me. I go to the one in Olympia Plaza now, a subway that actually deserves some recognition.

I stopped in to grab a bite to eat and a drink from the gas station that subway shares space with and the boy in a subway t shirt was sitting on the counter, playing on his phone and had an earbud in his ear. I instantly decided I would not eat there that day or any other day in the future. I understand that sometimes it's slow and there isn't anything to do but the outright disrespect and apathy this man showed for his job and the customers was enough to turn me away forever. There are much better places in the area, such as DeCarlo's, only a few miles away.

Right down the street, which I love the most. The reason I'm posting this rating and review is because of the customer service. They're wonderful. I always leave a few bucks for a tip.

7/1/20 12:45 pm - Although there is a detailed sign posted at the entrance requiring everyone to wear masks, two Subway employees (preparing food and attending the register) were not wearing masks. Additionally, three customers were also not wearing masks. This is an Allegheny County regulation due to Covid-19. Not wearing masks is dangerous and against the law.
