I had thee best experience today at this Dunkin! I originally got a latte and a when I tried it I realized it didn’t have espresso in it. I went back because I know how easy it is to make a mistake, it was no biggy! There was this man not sure of his name who had tats all over who went above and beyond to correct the mistake! He represented customer service at its finest! This man deserves a pay raise! 10/10 Dunkin y’all are amazing!

Popular spot that often runs out of my fav doughnuts if I don't show early enough. Proof that their rotation stays fresh. Customer service is always top notch!! I appreciate the employees dedication even when the line is out of the parking lot they always get my order correct. One of our regular breakfast spots.

We visit here frequently and the girl up front with glasses and frizzy hair makes it really difficult to enjoy stopping by. She's unpleasant and rude. But everyone else we have interacted with has been nice and the food and coffee have been accurate. They tend to get behind during the morning rush but if Dunkin is your thing then it's worth it. Glad Etown has this option now!
