Whether it’s a physical location or a food truck, every visit to Fuego Latino has been excellent! The service is fast, the staff are friendly, and the food is amazing! My only complaint is they don’t have a location closer to home in Carlisle!If you are in the area, or you see one of their food trucks at an event, I highly recommend grabbing a bite!
Gerson puts his heart into everything he prepares and aims to provide amazing customer service and DELICIOUS food. He works hard and is an integral member of our community! So happy to have Fuego Latino in our town!

Eaten at the food truck several times and gotten takeout at the restaurant once. Food is always delicious. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because my takeout order was bagged in an inverse-pyramid, so the juices of my steak mofongo spilled all over everything else beneath it, which made for a seriously inconvenient experience trying to eat in the car during a mid-trip pit stop.
