I ordered a sub from this place with my app
..they took money out of my account....but I never got my sub....tried to call them and they never answer the phone

Placed an order at 3:45 on a Friday via Subway App. Got 2 6” and a footlong. One of the 6” was a meal. I did not receive my cookies for side and only got my drink because i had to ask for a cup to use the fountain. The footlong was a veggie patty and it had no veggie patty on it. The veggie sub was fine but no notice or compensation was unfair. I ordered grilled chicken and got rotisserie chicken. Not a big deal because chicken is chicken but it’s not what i prefer or what i ordered. While the subs we ate were fine and filling, it’s just not what we ordered.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch foot long and it only had half of the chicken, bacon and cheese that normally comes with it. Then we were told we had to leave because the store closes in 30 minutes and they needed to clean?! Will never order there again if those 2 are working.
Showed up at 8:40pm and the doors were already locked even though hours stated they closed at 9pm. People were inside getting their order taken so I waited until the worker came to me outside and she declined to let me in and told me they were closed. She then shut the door in my face and rolled her eyes. Whoever the evening crew is may need to be reviewed because it looks like this is happening to other people…

Hours on the door stated open until 9 pm was there at 8:30pm doors were locked and the staff that was inside didn't acknowledge my presence outside lights were still on happened Sunday 4/13/2025 hire a staff that stays open until posted hours of operation

Horrible. I used to order from here regularly but I will not be ordering from here again. Ordered my regular footlong through Doordash and this time it came with onions. Never asked for onions on any other order because I cannot eat them or anything that touches them. It causes me to break out in hives. Sent a complaint to Doordash once and Subway twice. Doordash apologized immediately and offered a few dollars for the inconvience. Thank you for the concern Doordash!! It wasnt even your error and at least you tried to make a bad situation better!! Subway management thanked me for contacting the store and "shared my valuable feedback with the restaurant team members to prevent this from happening in the future." They sent that automated email response twice. Subway in no way made any attempt to fix their error which makes it clear how they feel about their customers. I would think that a refund should be issued for the inedible sub. Instead, its a thanks for your money, we dont care that you couldn't eat your lunch but I'll let my team know about dietary restrictions. Definitely will not be spending my money here again. Actually the way this was handled makes me not want to step into a Subway again.

Locked the door 15 minutes before the sign said on the door that they close. Person came to the door and i asked if they were open to which they said no while the people behind the counter made RUDE faces 😒. I understand you don't want to be their late but don't disrespect yourself, your customers, and the company you work for. Customer service needs some serious work.
