This staff very rudely behavior and whenever I visit subway the vegetable are not fresh

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch foot long and it only had half of the chicken, bacon and cheese that normally comes with it. Then we were told we had to leave because the store closes in 30 minutes and they needed to clean?! Will never order there again if those 2 are working.
Showed up at 8:40pm and the doors were already locked even though hours stated they closed at 9pm. People were inside getting their order taken so I waited until the worker came to me outside and she declined to let me in and told me they were closed. She then shut the door in my face and rolled her eyes. Whoever the evening crew is may need to be reviewed because it looks like this is happening to other people…

Hours on the door stated open until 9 pm was there at 8:30pm doors were locked and the staff that was inside didn't acknowledge my presence outside lights were still on happened Sunday 4/13/2025 hire a staff that stays open until posted hours of operation

Horrible. I used to order from here regularly but I will not be ordering from here again. Ordered my regular footlong through Doordash and this time it came with onions. Never asked for onions on any other order because I cannot eat them or anything that touches them. It causes me to break out in hives. Sent a complaint to Doordash once and Subway twice. Doordash apologized immediately and offered a few dollars for the inconvience. Thank you for the concern Doordash!! It wasnt even your error and at least you tried to make a bad situation better!! Subway management thanked me for contacting the store and "shared my valuable feedback with the restaurant team members to prevent this from happening in the future." They sent that automated email response twice. Subway in no way made any attempt to fix their error which makes it clear how they feel about their customers. I would think that a refund should be issued for the inedible sub. Instead, its a thanks for your money, we dont care that you couldn't eat your lunch but I'll let my team know about dietary restrictions. Definitely will not be spending my money here again. Actually the way this was handled makes me not want to step into a Subway again.

Locked the door 15 minutes before the sign said on the door that they close. Person came to the door and i asked if they were open to which they said no while the people behind the counter made RUDE faces 😒. I understand you don't want to be their late but don't disrespect yourself, your customers, and the company you work for. Customer service needs some serious work.

I basically got robbed here for my last bit of cash, I am homeless trying to save every bit I can. Lady was rude the entire time making my sub.. then when asked if I wanted a combo I said yes.. she then asks what size drink. I say whatever the cheapest there on the board is.. she then tells me that it dosent matter she rings it in the same way.. well if it doesn't matter then ill take a large obviously ... smh well she over charged me $1.20 for a large soda .. then this lady trys throwing out my recite like no i want that duhh ... ok whatever i feel cheated so i just ask for my money back no harm no foul i haven't eaten any of it.. i mean i could see if i ate half, then tried saying something but no, no food has been toched by my hands.. and she still refuses to refund me .. .. I already added the total in my head saving me just enough for some much needed Hot tea as tonight it is below 30 degrees and the wind goes right through you.. just to top it all off when I finally omit defeat sit down and try to separate it into smaller peices to conserve for the next two days i find when i asked for the sweet onion teriyaki sauce she literally drowned it to the point it was soggy and thats all you could taste ...
thanks subway.. I'll never give this company another dime...

It has really gone down hill since the new owners! Portions are small and stuff just doesn’t seem fresh!! Plus prices are way too high! I’d rather go to a local sub shop!!! Also recently heard of a few people getting food poisoning as well as an employee stating the use outdated meats! Avoid like the plague!
The knives used to cut the subs in half were so nasty and covered in old food, when they cut my sub in half so much nasty old grime got onto my sub, it was so disgusting

My family visits this location often and Subway very rarely disappoints! All my family's food was made quickly and correctly.

This was my first visit here. The shop was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Got some great sandwiches. Will certainly be going back many more times.

Bring the kid to work on Easter when the other stores are closed .find out only 2 high school kids working .and they didn't know the store was closing early at 7 instead of 9 untul we arrived absolute garbage management.
