We payed for 3 medium COOLATTAS,small one all of them were water by time they got home,we don't live far from Dunkin,this isn't first time we had trouble with our frozen drinks being watery,my husband had to pay for to replace couple of them, because they wouldn't freeze back up once put in freezer. We buy from Dunkin a lot,this is reason for the review,I sat here dealing with outcome everytime ,so not only had to pay for none frozen drinks we paid for,but also the replacements,might have to start going to different Dunkin.
Everyday I come here & everyday they mess up my order. Bagels are ice cold. When I complained the lady rolled her eyes at me, gave me another non toasted bagel. If they took all the effort, they did in socializing into making their food. It would be a really good place. But it’s run by snobby women that have no cares in the world.

Anybody who knows me, or us, can find us at Dunkin multiple times a week. Now between Eville and Saint Clair there are 4 locations. This just happens to be my favorite! They always make my drinks correctly. I've always had a good experience here too, the girls, and guys are polite and the service is fast. Typically I get cold brew with sweet cold foam, hot orig with cream and vanilla swirl, hot or cold chai with liquid cane, I love my caffeine. Try new stuff, you will be surprised as to the amazing flavors of coffee out there!

This is my local Dunkin, so it's tougher to rate knowing some of the employees, but facts are facts, so here we go. Some employees care more about customer service than others, and it is reflected in the service, food, and atmosphere. Usually open at 4am, the mornings I find are the better time to go. Until the morning rush around 830 or 9, then it's lined back from the drive-through out to the entrance to Burger King. Lunch time is busy as well, and the morning crew's morale is starting to dwindle (you can hear it in the way it comes across the speaker, weak and defeated). The morning crew makes a better coffee and sandwich. They give effort, and it shows. Afternoons is most teenagers or high school graduates. This group has drank a HOT cup of coffee in their life, and it's like Russian roulette on if you're gonna have a good cup or a lousy cup. However, the young yuppies can make a decent frozen or iced coffee! Hardly any positivity through the speaker. It's like ordering with BeN Stein or Herman Munster from the Adams Family. Anyways, afternoon food is mediocre, and you'll get the occasional perfect sandwich or coffee, usually a morning person on shift or young kids got lucky. All and all, it's decent. Traditional Dunkin' with the usual stuff, just wish the afternoon crew made a better cup of coffee consistently. And not all the afternoon crew is lost, there are a few that are shining stars! I'll continue to go

Iced Chai Latte was weak, very little chai flavor; it tasted like slightly sweet milk with ice. Coffee is always good. Hash browns are my grandson's favorite.

The teenage girls that are there in the A.m. are absolutely rude. Every time I order something through the drive thru and I pull up to the window they always look at me weird and in a rude manner, they also don't even greet you or say have a good day. You know. I've been in customer service and food service for a long time. That's not how you treat any customer.. sorry.

There’s a bunch of young teen Working there. Plus when you’re off the clock it seems like they can walk in whenever they want and grab themselves a doughnut without watching their hands very unsanitary. The floor is never cleaned either.

The only things i can complain about is i wish we could change what kind of tea we want for the refreshers in the app ad i prefer black tea and whenever i get the choriza wrap it ends up being very cold in the middle like they arent cooking it long enough. Its very good but just needs a bit longer to make sure the entire filling gets hot.
