Anybody who knows me, or us, can find us at Dunkin multiple times a week. Now between Eville and Saint Clair there are 4 locations. This just happens to be my favorite! They always make my drinks correctly. I've always had a good experience here too, the girls, and guys are polite and the service is fast. This is my local Dunkin, so it's tougher to rate knowing some of the employees, but facts are facts, so here we go.
Some employees care more about customer service than others, and it is reflected in the service, food, and atmosphere. Usually open at 4am, the mornings I find are the better time to go. Until the morning rush around 830 or 9, then it's lined back from the drive-through out to the entrance to Burger King. Lunch time is busy as well, and the morning...

The teenage girls that are there in the A.m. are absolutely rude. Every time I order something through the drive thru and I pull up to the window they always look at me weird and in a rude manner, they also don't even greet you or say have a good day. You know. I've been in customer service and food service for a long time. That's not how you treat any customer.. sorry.
