Staff is distracted and unfriendly. Sometimes get hot fresh fries, sometimes cold. Been to many better McDonalds.

Was 4th car pulled up into the parking lot. Proceeded to pull 2 more cars. There is no reason to pull every car in the drive thru. It’s too much. Waited a total of 30 minutes from when I ordered. Time on receipt. Got home to find no sauce for my chicken. Tried the new chicken strips. Terrible. Gross. Doesn’t not resemble chicken. Can’t even put my finger on the weird taste. No napkins given on a $35 order.

The lady with red hair in the drive thru needs to be trained on better coustmer service can't even take a order correctly and some how it was my fault get over yourself

Very slow service. Food could be better (fresher and more visually appealing vs other McDonalds). I stop by every other week or so. Disappointing, not sure why. Was missing a mcnugget once, which is sad to get 3 when you order 4 for $2.69 or so. Almost always they send me to the waiting parking spot and I have to wait more than just a few minutes for them to bring my food out. Clean inside, always nice friendly service.

Ordered a cheeseburger and small fries and had to park and wait...I used to manage a McDonald's and we NEVER parked someone with such a small basic order. Totally ridiculous.

Just stopped for a quick pick me up but it wasn't very quick. Their machine broke down that made the Frappes..,this has happened before. Had to order something else and waited. Once I got my order, the food was good.

Ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese which are advertised to be made when ordered.IPaid $7.50 for a burnt sacrifice that had been sitting around for hours. More like beef jerky not beef burger. Worst burgers I ever had .Hire someone who can cook a burger. Made upon ordering not hours beforehand.worst McDonald's I have ever gone to cold food and burnt burgers this place sucks go elsewhere.needs new management!!! BK for me!!! Takeout.

Never give you fresh frys always old frys that been sitting there. If you ask for no salt they give you frys that are lightly salted. They suck at making anything fresh.the employees there are horrible you ask for fresh they don't care and give you old stuff that's been sitting there. won't go there again I'll take me business else where. I'd give this place a zero star if I could.
