This place is horrible It took 2 hours 2 get 2 cold pizzas cold fries and 2 warm sodas I went to complain and there's bugs seen running around there food area so I said about my food being late they said it was because the driver not it's not the driver it's the place they tell u 20 mins to 1 hours and show up 2 hours later my best advise go to the pizza shop on union st in millersburg cheap fast and great food have a great buggy meal from this place

I called at 6:40 to place a to go order including 12 bone in MILD HONEY BBQ wings - we waited a little over an hour for delivery - when I opened the box they appeared very lightly sauced and after trying them, they seemed to be just mild wings - I called back at 7:58 to express my concern and ask for new wings, they offered to bring me just barbecue sauce after the manager said he watched them be made and that there was more mild sauce than bbq sauce, I didn’t taste any bbq sauce. They asked if I wanted the wings remade, I said yes .. he said okay give the incorrect wings back to the delivery driver when he comes with the new wings. It’s now 10:00pm and my wings still aren’t delivered. After calling 3 times I’ve been told “they’re on the way”. I also tipped $20 on the delivery order to get the wrong wings and wait 2+ hours to get the correct wings they messed up. Highly disappointed. I usually call the one in Halifax and have wonderful service and amazing food from that one - I made the mistake of calling this one tonight instead . . I will never call this pizza shop again. -update wings were delivered at 10:15. They looked and tasted better, hopefully they held the spit. 🤣

Almost every time we get food here it's great! The atmosphere leaves a little something to be desired and the service could stand to be a little better. We've had problems with simple orders being wrong a few times, which we can forgive, but they always fix it when we catch it. There are rare times that the food isn't great and it's always a huge bummer because we know how good it can be. This is a stop we make when we're in the area.

Our party of 3 was greeted by a loud, inappropriate employee, who was new, and somewhat offensive. Our order included a dozen wings, for which we were charged $24.99. They charge a service fee for using a card, even though I used a debit card and if a pin is entered, the restaurant incurs no service fee. The sub had very little meat, and a lot of lettuce. We had eaten here many times before, but not anymore. This was our last.

Hello foodies !! A big warning for everyone! Pizza Delight in E-Ville is dropping the ball big time. I just ordered an Italian Special sub that was far from special. In all my years as a chef I would NEVER send such a poorly made sub out the door with anyone. To start the meats and provolone were minimal and warm. I asked for light onions and they tossed on chunks with no uniformity whatsoever with one that still had the “butt” of the onion still intact. The lettuce was an afterthought at best. The tomatoes were random hunks with no uniformity just like the onions. I asked for the sub to have oil, vinegar, & seasonings and no seasonings were present and if there was any oil and vinegar I can’t find it. They were not busy or slammed when I was in there at 5:30 so no excuses to be honest. Overall a really bad experience and I will not patronize this establishment again.
The counter staff were the best part of the visit, they were very kind and personal. Such a shame they have to deal with the people the kitchen(cooks) upset. This was 10 dollars and change and not remotely worth it. Jersey Mikes puts this establishment to shame. Photo to follow.

Went there today for a grilled chicken ceaser salad.
Portions have definitely gotten smaller, we were disappointed for sure.
So... I came to a local restaurant to keep the local business owners thriving. I have to be honest, this experience I have had is the absolute worst! First off they have staff training brand new people who themselves don't know half of what they are doing. It's like the blind leading the blind. 2nd... The menu they have is no longer current. All of the prices have changed. Which is ok. I have no problem paying a higher price as long as the product that I'm paying for isn't below standard. I ordered a Steak cheesesteak with Mayo, lettuce tomato and onions. It came out just meat and cheese on a 5" roll as a personal. Below standard! Do you have any idea how easy it is to make homemade croutons?? Cut some old bread into cubes, season and bake in the pizza oven. Easy peasy. I ordered a side salad that is lettuce tomato and cheese. The first one that I got had the core from the iceberg lettuce in my salad...below standard. The second one I was informed of no croutons...ok remind you how easy it is to make homemade croutons with old bread that they probably throw away anyway. 3rd ..the customer service is minimal. The only one that greeted me was the learner with a smile. Everyone else could care less. Which is totally below standard. When talking to wait staff about food being wrong, they talk to you with an attitude. 4th ...the floor is dirty. I have been here for over an hour. I have not seen one table being clean or wiped off. I see the learner wrapping silverware while 3 other wait staff stand around. Unacceptable!! Below standard!! Pizza Delight you need to step up your game! You want to change more for food and service. That's fine. However do not slack on standards. Pizza Delight.....we expect you to DO BETTER!!!!

Food is excellent. Subs are great, mozzarella sticks taste great alot of places they taste like burnt oil but these guys do a great job. Pizza is good. I dont really have anything negative to say.
