Our party of 3 was greeted by a loud, inappropriate employee, who was new, and somewhat offensive. Our order included a dozen wings, for which we were charged $24.99. They charge a service fee for using a card, even though I used a debit card and if a pin is entered, the restaurant incurs no service fee. The sub had very little meat, and a lot of lettuce. We had eaten here many times before, but not anymore. This was our last.

Hello foodies !! A big warning for everyone! Pizza Delight in E-Ville is dropping the ball big time. I just ordered an Italian Special sub that was far from special. In all my years as a chef I would NEVER send such a poorly made sub out the door with anyone. To start the meats and provolone were minimal and warm. I asked for light onions and they tossed on chunks with no uniformity whatsoever with one that still had the “butt” of the onion still intact. The lettuce was an afterthought at best. The tomatoes were random hunks with no uniformity just like the onions. I asked for the sub to have oil, vinegar, & seasonings and no seasonings were present and if there was any oil and vinegar I can’t find it. They were not busy or slammed when I was in there at 5:30 so no excuses to be honest. Overall a really bad experience and I will not patronize this establishment again.
The counter staff were the best part of the visit, they were very kind and personal. Such a shame they have to deal with the people the kitchen(cooks) upset. This was 10 dollars and change and not remotely worth it. Jersey Mikes puts this establishment to shame. Photo to follow.

Went there today for a grilled chicken ceaser salad.
Portions have definitely gotten smaller, we were disappointed for sure.

So... I came to a local restaurant to keep the local business owners thriving. I have to be honest, this experience I have had is the absolute worst! First off they have staff training brand new people who themselves don't know half of what they are doing. It's like the blind leading the blind. 2nd... The menu they have is no longer current. All of the prices have changed. Which is ok. I have no problem paying a higher price as long as the product that I'm paying for isn't below standard. I ordered a Steak cheesesteak with Mayo, lettuce tomato and onions. It came out just meat and cheese on a 5" roll as a personal. Below standard! Do you have any idea how easy it is to make homemade croutons?? Cut some old bread into cubes, season and bake in the pizza oven. Easy peasy. I ordered a side salad that is lettuce tomato and cheese. The first one that I got had the core from the iceberg lettuce in my salad...below standard. The second one I was informed of no croutons...ok remind you how easy it is to make homemade croutons with old bread that they probably throw away anyway. 3rd ..the customer service is minimal. The only one that greeted me was the learner with a smile. Everyone else could care less. Which is totally below standard. When talking to wait staff about food being wrong, they talk to you with an attitude. 4th ...the floor is dirty. I have been here for over an hour. I have not seen one table being clean or wiped off. I see the learner wrapping silverware while 3 other wait staff stand around. Unacceptable!! Below standard!! Pizza Delight you need to step up your game! You want to change more for food and service. That's fine. However do not slack on standards. Pizza Delight.....we expect you to DO BETTER!!!!

Call and placed an order for take out get there to pick it up and they never made my order.
Food is excellent. Subs are great, mozzarella sticks taste great alot of places they taste like burnt oil but these guys do a great job. Pizza is good. I dont really have anything negative to say.

Order: One large pizza - half plain, other half ham, onions, and mushrooms.
Response: A failed attempt at charging even more for this half 'n' half pizza than a pizza completely covered with the toppings.
Take 1: Half plain, other half ham, onions, and sausage. We asked them to remake it.
Take 2: The pizza isn't remade. Instead, the sausage is switched out for mushrooms on the same pizza from before. Genius. So genius that I considered actually bumping the review up to 2 stars. The pizza tastes like sausage now from the juices that seeped in. Also the temperature had decreased quite a bit.
Take 3: The pizza is remade, and it tastes just fine, but one look at the picture should tell you everything you need to know.
Service review: No apologies, whatsoever. None. Nada. Zip. At any point. Even my mother had apologized when she asked for them to remake it the first time, I think because she felt bad. She is the one who deserves an apology, after this flat out ridiculous experience. The final pizza came out, and the waitress said nothing, practically running away. As she is walking away, I say "thank you," and she says "yup." I take one look at the pizza and realize why she was in such a hurry to get away. I think the person who made it started to get sick of us, which is why it was so sloppy. The mess of a pizza we had gotten feels like the equivalent of a barista spitting in a drink before serving it.
Disclaimer: Pizza Delight in Elizabethville is my absolute favorite local pizza shop. Even today, the final pizza tasted fine, but it was very sloppy. Never before have we had a problem like this one. In fact, in the years we have been coming here, never before have we had a problem, period. Let's make this a one-time occurrence, thank you.

I order chili cheese fries. There was so little cheese and sauce, it seemed like a whole order of French fries and less than an half order of sauce and cheese. There was so little that I called the store. At the time, I didn't think they put any sauce on fries.Later, I are the remaining FFs, when I realized that all chili and cheddar sauce was on one side of dish. It was barely enough to cover fries.The manager offered me a credit of more fries on a future order.I don't want more fries.THIS WAS A DISASTER. Why would I want another disaster? SMH.
We love all their food. It's our go to place.
