The worse experience i’ve ever had. We were waiting for a hour for our food that’s not even an aggressive. We ordered simple items like a taco with cheese and lettuce and didn’t get the lettuce. When i said to them we have been here for a hour they IGNORED me and walked away from me. Then 10 minutes later a worker came up to me and said sorry we have to prioritize the drive thru. There was NO ONE in the drive thru. Absolutely unacceptable and there was no excuse for this as we saw them making food just not OURS.

Teaspoon of meat on tacos. Smashed and cold food. Need to sit on the ground to order from new kiosks. There is no more menu or counter service. Basically the same as ordering from SHEETS and WAWA. Since when are tacos $2.99.

Came in tonight sat there for over 40 minutes there were 3 people ahead of me that had been waiting for a hour and a half when I said something to the employee I got yelled at and got told my manager just quit we’re all new and have no idea what we’re doing I’m disgusted the fact that management lets theses things go on is disgusting

Slow slow service. I waited 35 minutes past my pickup time for my food to be ready. Ordered in app at 4:50. Pickup for 5:11. Got my food at 5:35 Even for a dinner time pickup 45 minutes past order time is outrageous

We order online 90% of the time. Food is never done when we get there despite even saying that we are here like they told us to do so it’s done when we arrive. Ordered 20 mins in advance tonight, selected to pick up inside instead of drive thru, food not done. Been sitting here for 20 minutes now waiting for our food we ordered 40 minutes ago. Then they tell us they don’t have rice for the burritos that we ordered that have rice in them. If we want to wait it’ll be another 20 minutes. Guy said “sorry we are super busy” they have had the same 4 cars in the drive thru since we have been here and no one inside other than us. Still waiting on the food as I type this. Orders are usually not even correct. Select “no sauce” and they still put the sauce on. Previously ordered a chicken grilled cheese burrito and it was beef. This place is terrible….
Service was very slow waited 25 minutes to get our food. Others were waiting that long or longer. We ordered box meals everything was thrown into a bag for eating in. Workers were loud making comments about customers in the drive thru. We were not impressed with anything this time around. Won’t be going there again.
