I’ve been coming in since then opened. Never will I come back here again. Food is disgusting. Staff is rude and disrespectful. They use fowl language in front of minors. Food is cold, lettuce is brown, and tortillas are stale. McDonald’s has better service and that is saying alot.

One of the worst places in the valley. Staff is trashy. They will make fun of you if you have a disability. And laugh in your face when your disability acts up. Then when you confront them, they will tell you not to come back. Food is cold and nasty. I would never recommend this place to anyone due to the disrespect they gave to someone with disabilities.

Every time I order, there is at least 1 item messed up every time. I just ordered and paid extra to add stuff to my food and it was still messed up. Heavily disappointed

Me and my girlfriend have been coming to this Taco Bell for a couple months now usually never experience an issue but for some reason today I came in to get lunch with my girlfriend, and the manager was just in a horrible mood for whatever reason was telling her cashier not to bring anybody up make the customers use the kiosks that’s what they’re there for, and a very ignorant manner Then had to wait 20 minutes just to get my food when I get my food I was missing items in my opinion they need to reevaluate what managers they employee because clearly this lady does not care about the customers that she supposed to be serving

Appalled and disgusted. I'd give zero stars if I could. Bad management team. They force sick employees to still work with food, without a mask or precautions. I watched someone cough in my food. When I confronted a manager about it I was told to just eat my food anyway. The store is usually dirty and my food has been cold every time I've ordered at this spot.

Forces their employees to come into work when they're very sick and have doctors documentations stating they should remain home. Wanna get sick? Eat hereUPDATE: I have been contacted by 3 employees of taco bell harassing me to contact the store over my review. The GM had 3 employees contact me on Facebook to try to discuss my review to where I had to contact corporate for the harassment to stop. And then they leaked my personal cellphone number from the corporate complaint and I began receiving harassment on my cellphone after leaving a review. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Worst service I've ever had, and the manager, Adrian, or something like that, was quite rude. This location has lost me as a customer permanently.I attempted to call the store to complain and that same manager answered and then hung up on me. Quite rude.

Count your mf days. Next time I order a nacho bell grande with specific extra stuff, I want the extra stuff I requested. NOT REFRIED BEANS. There wasn't even any ground beef in it just pure REFRIED BEANS. I understand I'm being petty, but I had a pregnancy craving and spent almost ten dollars on this nacho bowl. Waited until I got home to enjoy it and every bite was a mouth full of REFRIED mf BEANS. Couldn't even finish it. I knew I should have just spent money on chicken nuggets from McDonald's.

Sunday, November 5th, 7:05pmThe crew that was working tonight, was very good. Made my food on time, and everything looked/tasted great. The main thing that caught me off guard, was the person at the window who thanked me for rounding up for the charity. That was the first time, like anywhere, someone had said thank you for that.. and I donated a lot. So, that kind of made my night, and that was pretty awesome of them. (Mind, I've been to Taco Bell plenty of times before, and I almost always round up.. this was still the first instance where someone recognized that)All around, this Taco Bell has a pretty good team working there currently.

We came very late tonight. About 40 minutes before closing. We appreciate this location as it is the ONLY thing in the area and near Halifax that is open after 10pm. We always have a good experience but tonight was the best. It was late and we had quite a large order and 4 gordita s that had different instructions with this large order. The gentleman was very polite and patient. The food was hot and wasn't skimpy for it being late. We knew we were gonna have to figure out who's was who's and when we opened the bag we were pleasantly surprised. He took the extra time to write on the wrappings so we knew which was which for the gordita and quesadillas. It may not seem like a lot but it made it easier for us and was more work for him. Thank you for going above and beyond!
