My family ordered the 19.99 combo special. The food was terrible. Our animals did not desire to eat the food either. The toppings were below quality and a "skippy" amount. Only one person was on duty. Employee was on phone while trying to administer in person customer service. Customer service and quality of food was poor.

My first and last time ordering from here. I literally live 4min from the place. I ordered my food at 8:45 and didn’t recieve it until 10:45. My order said it was only supposed to take 50-60 min then at that when I got the order the pizza was cold along with a soggy box. I am highly disappointed never again. They need better management and workers period!

Ordered delivery, driver had our food for over an hour. When it arrived the driver called me to come outside and get it from him so he didn't have to leave his car. We ordered contactless delivery, big fail right there. Boxes were crushed and pizza was cold and over cooked. No icing cane with our cinastix as we ordered that. Pieces of pineapple were on our pizza and we didn't order pineapple. Horrible experience!
The reviews were scary but the online order was quick and better than doordash which constantly fails to get the apartment adress right but am patient with anyways. I got my order as expected for a very good price so couldn't complain at all and came hot and fresh. My only issue was it felt like both the pizza and stuffed cheesy bread was left a little too long to cook for my liking but still tasted great and wasn't at all burnt. Not sure I'd the order was a fluke in quality but definitely will order again if in the mood.
