Left my food outside on the concrete. No call. No text. No accurate GPS update. We were waiting and suddenly it arrived but it was cold already with bugs inside. There was somewhere else inside they could’ve left it. Left it on the floor outside instead. Crazy

Domino's Pizza offers a decent pizza experience, although some orders may be lacking in sauce. The vegetarian and veggie pizzas are a great option for those on diets, with minimal cheese and pasta sauce, and an extra thin crust. The brookie is also a tasty dessert option. While some locations may have low stars, ordering through Uber Eats or GrubHub may result in a better experience. Domino's Pizza is generally reliable, with hot and accurate deliveries, and excellent customer service in case of errors. Recently, customers noted that the food is usually good and fresh, with friendly staff like Amir who is patient and helpful, especially when explaining specials to save money. However, there have been issues with late deliveries, cold pizza, and problems with the box or missing sauce, which led some customers to stop ordering from the restaurant. One customer mentioned that their first order was fixed after a minor mistake with the order, thanks to a helpful staff member named Shaina. Overall, Domino's remains a convenient choice for pizza, but some experiences vary depending on the location and delivery timing.
