No hot chocolate when it's clearly on the menu and staff is very not friendly. Need to work on customer service and actually having menu items available. I will not return to this location ever again.
we went through drive-thru and immediately the employee spoke with an attitude, we pulled up to the window and she ignored my sister when she asked a question..just overall attitude, my coffee had absolutely no sugar..just cream and coffee.. yeah no fix your employees attitudes or get new management with all these terrible reviews
