Chicken fried rice; was bland and lacked chicken. Beef and broccoli was missing flavor. Wonton soup; The dumplings smelt like spoiled meat. I think Elverson is a great place. Not sure why the restaurant has a microphone to communicate, at the front window.

If you love food with no flavor this is the place for you , rude lady bad service, tasteless food , bland and cold rice and beef , order to dine in I was waiting for 20 mins just to have the food dropped on the table in a bag to go , place is a ghost town , I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Absolutely horrible service, ordered beef and broccoli to dine in, as I waited and sat at the table the girl who took my order walked up to the table dropped the bag, yes you read that correctly the bag of food dropped it on the table and walked away. Rice was warm and bland meat tastes like nothing but ginger no soy flavor. My husband said wings were warm with no flavor the only thing that gave it flavor was the hot sauce he added. Never will come here again.

Good Friend Chinese has great service and food. We took our family here with 5 adults and 2 young kids. The kids were given stickers, fortune cookies, and chips right away. We ordered easily and they had a big enough table for all of us. We got general tso’s chicken, fried dumplings, pork lo mein, shrimp fried rice, vegetable fried rice and white rice. All of it was served quickly and it tasted great! I would definitely come back here again and try more options and bring family!

Wife and I both got very ill after eating General Tsao Chicken. I suspect old meat as it wasnt very good - had an off taste.

Quality is fine, portion size on the combo platter was smallest I’ve gotten maybe ever

There’s not much to say other than the food was terrible. The Kung Pao Chicken was just cold in some parts which made me think it had been microwaved. The egg drop soup was equally inedible. Service was also completely lacking. We saw other customers being served on proper plates but we were given takeout containers even thought we asked to eat in. Avoid this place if you can.

Everything was good. My only complaint was that the vegetable fried rice was lacking flavor, so I mixed it in with the Moo goo gai pan sauce that was good! $13.47 for the lunch special and a water.

I have been coming here since 2011. Great food and service!

The food smelled and tasted like it was cooked on rancid old oil. And the fried rice was black with no vegetables or egg in it.
