A big THANK YOU to Summer!( chestnut St., Emmaus Dunkin’) I had my 19 month granddaughter with me not enough hands to carry my order to the car. Shout out to Summer for helping me out! All the employees very friendly! Excellent service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stopped by to get drinks for my daughter and her friend. My daughter ordered a vanilla bean coollatta. The employee couldn't find it on the register, he called over to the other employee who didn't know either. Her friend ordered her drink and when I went to pay the total was only 2.39. I was like that's for both drinks. The "employee" who didn't have and uniform, sweats pants hanging down said "It's your lucky day cause we can't find the coolatta it's free". Seriously how is this store still open? We were in and it's few months ago and it was a joke as well. this will be our last time going there.

The WORST experience I had at a Dunkin’ Donuts ever! To start my granddaughter had to use the bathroom so she went in and said the toilet wouldn’t flush and the soap dispenser was sitting in the sink so she couldn’t wash your hands. Then waited for ever to place are order because the cashier was very slow, other customers left because of taking to long. Ordered a sausage croissant and ask for strawberry jelly opened it up it was so old I wouldn’t use it and the croissant top was hard. The only thing that was good was the donut my granddaughter wanted. Save your money and go to Wawa!
