The cookies you gave us for my daughter’s baby shower to bring to Blue Bell Country Club on a 1 hour notice were beautiful! Whoever was there Sunday to work, if you are the owner or bakery technician, we thank you immensely. You were a huge part of what made our day special. We can’t thank you enough. What you did to accommodate us on such short notice was outstanding professionalism and we are proud to write this review on your behalf.“

“Excellent pastries 🍰, friendly staff. We also had empanadas. Beef empanadas and pizza empanadas, both had a great taste. The quesitos are made very similar as if you purchased them at a bakery in Puerto Rico🇵🇷. We live over an hour away, but don't mind making this trip at least once a month from now on. I see a bright future for them if they start making sandwiches the Puerto Rican style, but they will probably will need to find a bigger local. The current one is small, but the place is spotless, super clean.“

“I ordered a number of pies from Vallos about a week ahead of an event. They were ready on time as promised. Staff helped load them into my car and made sure to indicate which could or couldn’t be stacked. The pies themselves were absolute perfection and enjoyed by event attendees. Their display cases are filled with amazing pastries - and I bought several on the spot while they were loading up the pies.“
