I ordered an 18” hoagie, they sent me one half the size. Called them, and the owner asked me what is he supposed to do about it, I said refund my money or make me another half of the sandwich and he hung up the phone and blocked my call. What a terrible way to conduct business

The hoagies are delicious, but every time i come here the gentlemen always have an attitude. At first i thought it was because they were having a bad day but no its EVERY time i go, especially the guy with the glasses, he rolls his eyes, and constantly has an attitude.

The food is great but the older gentleman with the glasses taking the orders is a miserable human. I tried cracking a “classic joke” thinking I’d get a laugh and instead I got a frown and an ignorant “if you say that again I’ll hand you your money back and you can go somewhere else”… lighten up dude, don’t take life so serious

Had half roast beef and turkey hoagie for lunch. It was good and they use really good roll. Wish it had a bit more meat but overall everything was solid and I'd go back.

These guys are the best. I had a massive order that I placed on very short notice, and they were able to accommodate me. The hoagies are the best I’ve ever had. And the service at the Emmaus Lee’s is tip top!

Ruuuuuuude employee taking the orders. I came here once in 2021 and vaguely remember the same employee, with the same attitude. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. He’s like the old teacher you hate because he’s so mean and talks down to you. Never coming here again lol.

Worst customer service experience ever! Tried it based on a recommendation. As a new customer, I apparently lacked the required details on my orders, although I was reading from a list provided to me by others who had reviewed the menu online. My inexperience with ordering angered both men - they were visibly upset and condescending. Instead of being helpful, I was repeatedly berated and barked at as if I was significantly bothering them. I actually had to tell the older man to stop. I've never been treated worse as a customer. I will not return.
