Rossi's Pizza & Italian offers delicious cheesesteaks and fresh-cut fries, with fantastic garlic knots that are a must-try. The owner, Frank, ensures a clean environment, with quick service and hot, fresh food. The friendly staff make customers feel welcome, and the clean bathrooms show attention to detail. The pizza slices are praised for their sauce, cheese, and especially the dough-crust, which many consider off the charts. Customers also enjoy the authentic, high-quality pizza cooked just right. Limited parking spots are available nearby. Even though some visitors live far away, they are eager to return and explore more of the menu, including other tasty items like broccoli bites. Overall, Rossi's is a gem in Emmaus, known for its great reviews, friendly atmosphere, and delicious food.
