I think I've gone by this place a million times, no literally but a bunch. We happen to be in the area and only stopped at a single place. I mentioned about coming here. When you pull up it's not the most spectacular location from the outside with limited parking. We came in and were greeted by a nice young lady. I have been coming here since it opened, mainly to get beer for my uncle who also has Celiac disease and misses GOOD BEER. Hanging out in the tap room and trying many beers, I have found my own favorites - Pumpkin, Blonde ale, and Porter. Make no mistake, these are not yucky sorghum based gluten free beers. These are GREAT craft beers that are also gluten free! We are so lucky to have this brewery. Stop in for a taste or a glass and you will be taking some home, I guarantee!

Really great beer you can feel good about drinking. I'm not gluten-free but I do avoid eating and drinking it in high quantities. I really loved not feeling weighed down after drinking this beer, made with quinoa and millet. The pumpkin ale was delicious and so is their flagship blonde. We were the only ones there during a Friday evening but the staff was super friendly and we were talking about how distribution is their larger focus (check out their cans in Giant Eagle).
