We were there this evening around 6:45 ish and waited in the the 20 minute plus line for drive through that was blocking traffic in the roadway and then after waiting a good 10+ minutes decided to get out of line and walk inside to order. There was another lengthy line inside while numerous employees walked right by the line and never said a word. Why had this place gone down hill? I loved stopping here but every time I do now it’s not a good experience. Today we had staff members just walked right by us. There was a line to the other side of the building waiting for someone to come to the register when someone was asked to come to the register they were like oh OK and then proceeded to do other things in the meantime.

Ordered a peanut butter cup and a butterfinger blizzard and both had no chunks in it. Just flakes, might as well just be vanilla ice cream. This is this store’s second chance and now we are done with this location.
