Have ordered here several times, have 3 teen boys who ask for me to order for them n their friends. When the order is fine, there's no problem. If there's something wrong with your order or missing - the customer service IS AWFUL!!! Ruins every other experience with them!!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!! Their managers (or at least one) should be trained in managing customer complaints. ESPECIALLY when THEY make the error!!!!!
