Food is awful I got it to go they dont take care with takeout. It was the worst chicken parm ever. Chicken parm isnt hard. Get it together in the kitchen . Take care in takeout orders. Especially since we spent money at your bar and got appetizers. It was a waste of money. The drinks were light at best. Waste of $80.00

Awful service. Ordered bottle of wine. 20 mins later server brings 2 glasses. We say we ordered a bottle. She says manager says if you get a bottle you have to finish here, can’t take. We stayed at hotel next door walked over. Ridiculous. Took forever to get food.

We met a family member here for lunch between Christmas and New Years while traveling through the area. The food was as one would expect at an Applebee's, two of us had the grilled cheese cheeseburger which was pretty good, the kids had chicken tenders and the salmon and the wife had the chicken alfredo. They have a kids menu, but both our 10 year olds ate off the adult menu. I would say the standout part of our dining experience was our server, Mindy. She was very accomodating, had a mind like a steel trap, and did a great job recommending things. Keep up the good work! One thing to point out, and this has nothing to do with Applebees...finding the entrance with our GPS was a challenge. Not being familiar with the area we ended up having to do a loop to find entrance, which is NOT off 322. Turn onto Spring Garden St (its a lighted intersection), then left onto E Hill St (next street up from the light, then left into the parking lot. Our GPS did not know any of those steps, so it could be frustrating if your navigation skills are not the best. Simply put follow the signage for the Hampton Inn & Suites which is right there as well.

I've had mostly very good eexperiences here. My waitress has always been courteous and helpful. The manager has checked in with me the last few times I have eaten here. Food is usually very tasty and portions are decent sized. I had a issue with my Birthday coupon and the manager took care of it. You will probably spend twenty dollars or more per person here for a meal, regular drink, and tip. Thirty or more if you get extras like alcoholic beverage or desserts. There dessert is excellent though.

Was there yesterday for veterans Day me and my son ordered from the two for 25 meals? He got the rib they were cold when they came out? I had got The grilled cheese hamburger the meat was not done well like asked was cold and still with the fries and soup. my fiance who is a veteran he asked for his steak that he gotten to be medium rare and they gave it to him well done and was cold. we sat there for almost an hour waiting to get our food and when we did, the waiter never came back to see how everything was going or if we needed anything.

We got a laughable amount of tomato soup with our meal. We seriously laughed. My husband thought it either was not meant for a side of soup and just to dip your sandwich in or they spilled it on the way out. You can see from the picture it looks like a messy bowl and this picture was taken as soon as it was placed in from of me. It was good, just a tiny, tiny amount. Our appetizer was cold and that sucked and we wanted to tell our server but she never came back to our table, we never even saw her to wave her over. Our meals were brought out by another server. The food overall was ok. When our server finally came over we were done eating and asked for a take home box. We paid our bill at the table, watched our server go to two other tables and then disappear. We couldn't wait any longer so left our food.

Three times ordering a rare burger , screwed up that massively ...ordered green beans got fries .took over an hour to boot

honestly upset about this place. my boyfriend and I walked in to get something to eat before a movie and the second we walked in a younger hostess was being yelled at buy an older employee. we got sat quick and our server introduced herself decently soon. I got a drink from the bar and my boyfriend got a water. she brought out his water and I waited another like 5 minutes for my drink, (which i get she had to wait for the bartender). we ordered and got our food pretty quick (our server was never the one to bring it out to us, maybe they have specified food runners?) food was good but when i asked for a spoon for my soup, I never got one. I got another drink and dessert for the two of us but the drink didn't come out until after we finished the dessert just for her to bring the wrong drink at first. I finished my drink just to find a short black hair in my mouth (I have orange hair and my bf has long brown hair). plus the place just felt like the type of restaurant the main character goes to before they die. just overall sucked
