When I arrived at Arby's, I was greeted by a very polite, friendly employee. I noticed that the restaurant is very clean. The restrooms are very clean. The food was great as always. I had an employee working right next to where I was sitting and ask me how I was doing and how the food was. I was very happy to see how engaged the employees are at this restaurant. And don't forget to ring the bell on your way out showing your appreciation. This was a classic roast beef...
I like the update. Looks nice. I was excited, hoping they fixed the drive thru, but it's still not vehicle friendly. I hate the app, though. I'd have a million points, but I can't earn any because the app won't work. You can't order anything other than milk or juice for the kids' meals and it isn't user friendly. The app needs to be updated! McDonald's app is amazing and I earn points all the time. So it's frustrating. Please fix...
The new floor design is awful. It is spacious looking but half the seats are rows of high chairs. Unless you're a kid who wants to climb up there. Low seats along the window are just a long row also. Much prefer individual tables where I can sit comfortably with all those in my party; or even by myself as I don't want to sit in a row with strangers. Only a few of these tables left. Not a fan of the app either. I like the Burger King app. There you can just walk...
