2 stars for friendly service? For $18 I got a chicken parm sandwich. It was dry chicken fingers on bread with barely any sauce to choke it down. The cheese was completely gone because they put paper on top of it that peeled it all off when I opened it up. They also forgot to give me ranch with my onion rings that I asked for. They were nice, but probably the worst sandwich I ever had. Hopefully they will take constructive criticism and improve.

Literally a hole in the wall pizza/sub joint, but their cheese steaks are fantastic. I'm not usually a fan of a soft roll for my steak sandwiches, but the rolls they have went well with the steak, cheese, sauce and onions!

Pretty sad that it took over an hour for my cheesesteak and fries to arrive via delivery. I had to heat everything up. Not good.

We've gotten subs and cheesesteaks here before, really good (especially the cheesesteaks) Decided to try their pizzas - WOW... won't make that mistake again! Both phone lines were busy the 5 times I tried to call (hmmm) so I just stopped in to order. So far, so good. Took a bit linger than I thought it would but hey, maybe they WERE busy. Got the pizzas home, the crust on the small one was MUCH thicker than it should have been for a regular pizza and not just the edge. And the large was actually shaped like a football! Not cut like a pizza, more like an abstract painting. Flavor was OK, but all in all not pleased with the experience. I'll still get sandwiches there, but would NOT recommend their pizza.

Most of the time I patronize this business for their pizza. I request a crisp crust and that's what I get. Their pizza has a great taste. Not sure if it is the sauce or something else but I really prefer their pizza over other competitors in the area. On a few occasions I've ordered cold subs from them and a large sub is in fact LARGE. It was enough for two of us. It's a small place and not really set up for dine in, and that's ok since I order take out all the time. Family run business. Friendly staff. It's a little out of the way for me and I pass three other pizza shops to get there, but if I have the time that's where I buy my pizza.

Gotta luv 'em. The steering wheel always seems to turn when approaching the entrance. Have become a little more expensive (what hasn't been) but, IF you only have the chance to eat out once and a great while...like me!...Bella Luna is worth it!

This hole in the wall place was recommended to us by a friend. We drove from Landisville to Ephrata recently to check it out. In fact we drove past it twice! Even when looking for it it's easy to miss as it's adjacent to a tire store and at first glance appears to be part of the tire store. The place itself is a dive, small, outdated, doesn't look the cleanest but I have to admit (and I'm not someone that cares for cheese steaks) they were in fact good. They are primarily a pizza place but had a nice selection of cheese steaks, both beef and chicken, as well as fried foods and subs. I choose a honey mustard cheese steak and my only compliant was the bun was too soft and falling apart. It would do wonders if they would have toasted it just a tad to support all the gooey deliciousness inside. I inquired about their fried pickles being spears or coins as I don't care for spears and my inquiry was in fact mistaken for an order. However they left us keep them anyway and the spears were in fact good, with the fried coating staying in place. The dipping sauce was equally delicious, and reminiscent of an onion petal sauce only with a bit more kick. The fried cauliflower however lacked flavor and were over fried. They are not something I would order again. Hubby was also disappointed with his over fried from frozen curly fries, also something we would not order again. He was pleased with his cheese steak, but having the same problem I was with the too soft bun. I think if this place dressed up it's curb appeal outside, and made it a little more welcoming inside it would be a winner for alot of people. I would stop here again if hubby wanted to go, but probably wouldn't seek them out on my own.

The cheesesteak was made wrong. Very disappointed. Ordered a pizza cheese steak was told to make it with pizza cheese looked like it was swimming in the roll and they made it with American cheese. It was also soggy. Use to love the place. This is a big issue for me when things are made wrong. Dissatisfaction so gave a 1 star.
